I dropped off my coat to be cleaned on Saturday, and retrieved it on Monday. The customer service was great, however my coat wasn’t cleaned. I’m seriously pissed! It cost me $ 14.48, to have my coat cleaned. You had one job! One freaking job, and you did not do it! I’d give you no stars if I could.

The Red Hanger on Foothill is the best dry cleaners I have ever had. They treat me like I was their most important client. Vanessa, at the front counter, always has a smile and greets me by name. If they make a mistake (rare), they are always quick to make some compensation. I get courtesy calls when there is a stain they need more time to get out. They do most of the cleaning right there at the Foothill address, so they routinely do my cloths in 24 hours. They even rush and some times do cloths in less than 24 hours if I am in a big hurry. I have never received this kind of personal, thoughtful service by a dry cleaner.

Outstanding Dry Cleaning and Laundry services! This organization provides the best customer service, best in class dry cleaning, and all with a caring professional approach in making sure that their customers clothing always looks top notch. No wrinkles, missing buttons, etc.
I have been a customer for over 5 years and have always been amazed by the level of service Red Hanger Cleaners provides. Occasionally I’ll get a call that the staff noticed a stain (I forget to mention it when I dropped my shirt off) on my shirt and informed me that they could easily remove it… and they did! Clients often compliment me on my professional appearance, and I know it’s a direct reflection on the hard work of the staff at Red Hanger. A special mention to Vanessa and Team at the Foothill location in Salt Lake City — Thank you!
