I had lobster there today and as usual it was amazing. Tender meat, perfectly cooked. And such friendly servers

There are servers and then there’s Trever who is unequivocally one of the best servers I’ve had in this city. It’s Red Lobster sure, but for many it simply hits the spot from time to time(the biscuits, people!). That’s what happened to me this night. Fish and chips with some cheap beer sounded good after a long day. The fries were extra crispy and the cod was pretty good, just like I hoped. Trever was very attentive and fun! I noticed he was training a new hire, answering calls, serving a few others at the bar, and doing take out orders all at the same time. Impressive. I feel like throwing in an extra star or two cause I had a great experience at this location. Moral of the story: Good service always deserves a shout, no matter the establishment!

These lobsters and snow crabs are like crawling out of the Great Salt Lake. All I tasted was salt.

I can attest that there is an unequal ratio of butter to seafood and that the rolls are fantastic. But I’m sure you already know this. What you might not know about Red Lobster is an event that happens annually. More specifically; RL’s Endless Shrimp season. I like to come and see how many shrimp I can consume without getting sick. At last count it was 86 shrimp. During these masochistic events, I have learned many things. 1. The staff will cheer you on. 2. Try to stay away from rolls to give you more room for shrimp. 3. The Shrimp Alfredo is a waste if you fill up on the pasta but smart for the tiny baby shrimp that up your shrimp count. And 4. Ask for a bib to get in the Shrimp’n mood. If you decide to take on this endeavor, please know, you will hate yourself by the end of your shrimp marathon and yet, you’ll be strangely euphoric because you pushed the limits of the Endless Shrimp offer. If you complete Red Lobsters challenge to consume as much of their shrimp as you can, you my fellow Unilocaler, are a champion.

Great service and good food for a reasonable price! I had the plate with 4 entrées: half crab, one lobster tail, fried shrimps, and garlic shrimps. The crab meat was sweet and tasted fresh and tasted nothing like a freezer. The lobster tail meat tasted fresh and sweet too. Basically, everything was flavorful, fresh tasting, did not taste like a freezer, and wasn’t at all too salty. My boyfriend had the steak with lobster tail. My only complaint about this dish was the steak didn’t come out medium rare but medium well. Usually steaks cooked to that level tend to become hard but I got to give Red Lobster credit, even at medium well it was still tender and good. Over all this plate was delicious as the same with my seafood feast. Just hope next time my steak comes out the way I ask.

Coming down the mountain famished we ducked in for dinner. Server was uninformed but eventually provided a list of allergy/gluten information and which items were«wild caught».(Flounder and king crab) Evening portions are big and filled the void with extra to take away.

I called to ask and tell them about a poor experience and rather than being professional the general manager, chris vines, hangs up on me as I’m in mid sentence. Upon calling back I was told to fall guest relations. Ha this is who you have managing your store? What a joke. Sucky service, poor food, horrible hospitality from management. I asked for my money back and they said«that wasn’t an option» despite another manager had a gift card waiting at the host stand for me when he knew I was coming in. Sounds like they need to communicate better to each other so they don’t come off as prices and lose customers.

Always love the Darden restaurants. The service, food and atmosphere are always consistent. I was greeted by the front door hostess who was extremely smiley and welcoming! I took a seat in the bar where I always do when I am dining alone. Immediately I was greeted by Alan, the bartender. He took a drink order and brought me some of those awesome cheddar bay biscuits. It was crabfest, so I ordered the 1.5 pounds of snow crab with corn and broccoli. As usual a small green salad preceded my meal and it was nice and fresh. I got my food a short while later and it too was delicious. All to many times, the crab is over steamed and dry, but they seemed to get it right today. I would recommend another plate for the shells however. I wasn’t able to enjoy my broccoli. I was too full for dessert so I finished up and went on my merry way! I would come back to this restaurant!

I gave a bad review a month ago because we were disappointed with both the service and temperature of our meal… I was totally amazed at how quickly the management responded asking we come again as their guest W/O server knowing to readdress our concerns. I can tell that more attention has been paid to customers by server and we even went as paying customers to check it out, saving the free offering for Moms birthday. I tried deleting my poor review but could not find it… So am writing a new one. I may not have returned if not for Nicki Smith tenaciously reaching out to track me by first phone then e-mail. After eating this second time here, I look forward to returning next Week for a birthday celebration. Everyone, management cares… cannot correct issues if you do not bring them to their attention while at the restaurant. I will do so in the future before complaining on Unilocal

I’m not a fish, nor seafood person actually. I came here with a friend to try something new. I had the Cajun Chicken pasta dish and it was so good. The chicken was very flavorful, and the pasta was made well. I enjoyed it! I also enjoyed the lava cookie dessert and it was rich but pretty delish. You just gotta share it with someone else because I think it’s heavy. Last, the customer service is excellent!

Always reliable, with pleasant service. I would go here just for the biscuits and the coleslaw — however the lobster pizza and fish and chips were extremely good. The stuffed mushrooms less so. I wouldn’t order them again. It’s strange that I would find a chain restaurant better than smaller owner operated restaurants — however I imagine the difference is in good management and staff training, not to mention excellent buying power of quality ingredients.

I came here again recently for something easy/predictable, and was impressed by something new on the menu. I had the wood grilled lobster, shrimp and salmon. This was totally delicious. The service was very friendly, and they had the world series playing there in the bar area. I don’t care about sports but it was still cool.

Went here for lunch on a mommy daughter date with my friend and her daughter on Sunday. The past few times I had been to red lobster I was sadly disappointed with the food. I grew up out east and know good seafood. I ordered the harbor bake from their new menu selections and thought it was delicious. The only downside was that 1⁄3 of the clams weren’t cooked all the way and there was way too much pasta. But it tasted amazing. And of course the rolls were scrumptious.

I’ve been here a few times and this time we came to celebrate my birthday. The Food is always scrumptious and this is one of the main reasons we continue to come here. The customer service is between good and great, it’s a hit and miss. The people who sat us asked us what brought us to Red Lobster, we responded with a bday dinner, then our server asked us again and we told him — the thing is no one said happy birthday. Why are you asking if you really don’t care why your customers come? I’ve been in the service industry long enough to know that when someone is celebrating a special occasion with you, go out of your way to let them you enjoy having them. Due to lack of attention Red Lobster has for their repeat customers, I will go else where to get my seafood for awhile.

Came into the sugarhouse location tonight and usually it’s alright– tonight, however, was terrible. We spent $ 100 on the worst seafood I’ve ever had. Our Caesar salads were filled with old brown lettuce that had to be picked out and Not only was the $ 25+ wood grilled lobster, shrimp and scallops so overcooked that the lobster had a dry chicken texture, but the steak tasted like it was about to expire. Sadly the asparagus was the star of the meal. Very disappointed with this experience :(atleast our server was good or I would have given 1 star.

Seafood is great, the seafood trio is delicious. With lobster fest here I know where I’m going again. Great for family, friends or just to hang out on the way home. Great location so it’s ready to find and meet at.

Since I was a little girl my family always dined at red lobster… my husband and I go almost every week. We were eating at the other location in town near fashion place, but were pretty bummed out at both the service, cleanliness and food quality. Once we found this particular location, I had everything I have grown to expect. Between the two of us, we rack up a $ 100 bill. Tonight we received especially good service, although I can’t remember her name, she was great. The food was also spectacular! Note worthy moment: the key lime pie was to die for!!!

Big Red Lobster. You forget which city, state you’re in since they all have the same look and feel. Service was fast and friendly. Best part about Red Lobster are the cheddar biscuits. At one point, they weren’t able to get them outta the kitchen. That was a painful wait as we were extremely hungry. As for the food, it’s pretty salty overall. Only come here for the biscuits.

As long as people keep giving me gift certificates to Red Lobster I’ll probably keep coming back. I went with the Ultimate Feast which comes with a lobster tail, some crab legs, 2 different kinds of shrimp, and some rice. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t advise anybody to hurry them selves over to RL to drop 30 bucks on it. If anything was to be remembered from this lunch it was the completely over the top server. He was nice! Very nice! Think Mr. Rogers jacked up on a meth and a steroid cocktail all at the same time. It’s one thing to have bad service, and it’s another thing to have«uh oh, here he comes again» service.
