The man that worked there on 6÷28÷15(Sunday evening) was rude. Since the chocolate is already overpriced, at least customers should get good customer service. Apparently, it seemed like this man does not know what good customer service is, nor care. I didn’t give any tip because this is just a shop to buy chocolate, and then leave. He looked at the receipt and gave me a mean stare because I didn’t leave a tip. What the fawk… are people supposed to leave a tip for buying chocolate?! What a greedy person. Plus, he gave me the wrong kind of chocolate too! Stay away from this shop if you can. You are better off getting chocolate at the Duty Free Shop or other snack shops.

They get a 5 star for caramel apples especially macadamia nut covered ones. Get 1 star for service. I wanted a napkin for the $ 10 I spent in food to eat at airport: macadamia caramel apple and cashew turtle. I was told«no napkins.» I told young man to tell owners that for the prices charged napkin should be provided since chocolate and apples are often eaten in airport. He retorted that I «should go to little mini mart next door and get a napkin.» I told him that this was basic customer service and to tell me to go to neighboring shop was silly. I was telling him what to tell the owner of manager. Perhaps he was the owner or manager. Who knows? He then tore off a sheet of a bathroom towel paper that wasn’t even a paper towel and I took it. He doesn’t seem to understand the concept that customers just don’t get chocolate but also get an experience. Hope this helps.

My boyfriend stops at this place every time he travels. He brings me the salted caramels and they are so yummy!

I recommend you avoid this location — the service is rude. Stopped by, and just got a single piece of toffee. We asked for milk chocolate but the one guy working there accidentally gave us one coated in nuts. Asked to exchange for a plain milk chocolate like we asked for, and got a dirty look and not even a word as he made the exchange. I was disappointed with the service received here.

Chocolate, love, wonderful memories in the making start here with a box of fabulous chocolates. I bought some for my wonderful Mother and she wanted more if I must add sharing them with her love my Dad. It felt so good that they enjoyed them and that I didn’t forget. Do it right the first time.

The chocolate was the same as what we purchased at the RMCF in Seattle, but the service was ten times better. The guy who served us had a name tag that said«manager» and he was friendly and he didn’t mess up our order. I know, four stars for«not messing up», right? Right across from gates, easy to grab and go. Quick service and good chocolate.

The employee at the counter was looking at a mobile phone touch screen when I walked by twice. The shop was devoid of customer engagement. I was expecting to smell warm fudge but did not smell any. I hallucinate that this store has a chicken and egg situation in that it appears unpopular therefore it might as well be. I imagine See’s Candies would be giving out free samples to get a higher connect rate with prospective customer foot traffic. I know what See’s Candy tastes like but do not know what RMCF tastes like. This recommendation beats staring into one’s smart phone waiting to be interrupted by a customer requesting RMCF. It takes a sales person with a thick skin for rejection since most will initially bite at the sample and leave but every rejection on the merits brings RMCF closer with fine-tuning itself for a sale. I would recommend hiring a former missionary for the job in Salt Lake City as sales jobs do require some experience with recovering from customer rejection. I was not offered the chance to smell or taste any RMCF walking by. Is this situation owned by the franchise owner, corporate or the employee – I really do not know.

For the quality of chocolate, price and attentive service I received, I am rating this much higher than my predecessor. It’s difficult for sure to rate someone high that has bad service, but I feel That I had a completely different(and good!) experience here. Also, great place for a last minute purchase on valentine’s day, they actually had 20% off, even though it wasn’t the day after yet.

Came back again to find the same kid still working here. This time he was on facebook with his back to the world. It took him about 3 minutes to figure out I was standing at the counter. I placed my order and continued to browse and he repeatedly asked: «Is that all? Will that be all?» I kept telling him no and that I was not done shopping. My shopping seemed to annoy him immensly. I don’t think he wanted to be bothered by my spending money at his shop. I even posted a picture of him playing on his pc with his back to the counter.
