After having a jerk break out my back window Safelite provided fast easy service. The part had to be ordered so they cleaned out my car of glass and put plastic over it. When the part came in, the repairs were done fast and they were particularly conscientious of my tight schedule. As a back window I was worried about the wiper and the defrost remaining functional but they are working great!

I had an appointment with Safelite Auto on Monday, August 10th between 12pm-​5pm. I took time off from work and waited until 6pm however the tech never showed up or called. Very disappointing.

I didn’t want to wait the extra day for mobile service, so they set me up a same day appointment at a location that was right now the street from my work. Technician was very professional and even though they told me it would be about 90 minutes, it only took about an hour. Very happy with this service.

I just had a few rock chips filled in at this location. Excellent customer service, above and beyond what I was expecting (e.g., they vacuumed my car!). I was able to have the job done through my insurance, which they easily facilitated for me.
I will definitely use this location again should I require window service. 5 stars!

This place is pretty amazing. I was fairly bummed out when a giant rock chipped the windshield of my brand new car this weekend. Particularly because I don’t have the funds for a new windshield. I went to Safelite and was greeted by the very friendly and extremely organized secretary. I was offered water or coffee, wi-​fi and a comfortable place to sit. The repair took exactly 30 minutes, just as I was told. And it was only $ 30. My car was vacuumed and windshield cleaned and I was given a huge bottle of glass cleaner. On top of that, the chip is under warranty with the $ 30 deducted from the cost of windshield repair should it crack. I will definitely come back!

After a stone hit my car windscreen I used the Safelite Autoglass online site to book an appointment to get the damage fixed. The staff at Safelite did a good job to fill the crack, now it is barely visible. They also vacuumed the car and gave me a spray on windscreen cleaner for a total cost of around $ 30. The service was friendly and accommodating.

This company clearly prioritizes customer service. Courteous, fast, and they did a great job. My back window blew out from a foul ball at a baseball game, and there was a ton of glass everywhere. The tech did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess. I also got an excellent price by mentioning my insurance agent had recommended them. No other shop was close to their price.

Normally I’m a fan of Safelite, but today they damaged my car when installing a new windshield. The plastic ‘rain tray’ between the hood and base of the windshield is broken on the end, there is a spot where paint is chipped off along the top edge of the windshield, and the headliner along the passenger side ‘A’ pillar is no longer ‘tucked in’ in two spots.
A rookie install, or just someone who doesn’t give a s#!%. I’ve had at least four windshields done by these guys in the past, but next time I need one, I’m going elsewhere.

My windshield got attacked by a large rock on the freeway and left a large bullet hole. Drove straight to Safelite to see if it could be filled or if I would need replacement. The technician said it could be fixed in half an hour. Price was cheap, so I paid out of pocket rather than deal with insurance. Great results; only a slight blemish. Friendly and professional staff, large waiting area with coffee, TV and magazines. I do not write many reviews unless I feel the service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Safelite.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I was very impressed from the time that I called the 800 number to the time they finished the work on my broken window. My truck was broken into and because my deductible was way more than what Safelite charged, I decided to pay for it outright. They even gave me a cash discount because of the insurance that I had. They were sensitive to my issue and were great– called me the day before for reminder of appointment and called me when it was ready. They cleaned the exterior of my windows and even all of the broken glass in my truck and even gave me a can of glass cleaner as well. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone that I know. The store manager assisted me and he was very courteous and sensitive to the situation. Thank you, Safelite!

I would recommend this place to anyone! We were in SLC on vacation doing some site seeing. When we got back to our car someone had bashed our window and stolen some things. There was glass all over the inside of the vehicle. Safelite was just a few miles away. We took it over around 4:30, thy stayed late and replaced the window right then, the lady got the price as low as possible and did it without an insurance claim, the window is great and they cleaned every shard of glass out of the car so we could continue in our travels home. They made a really crappy situation so much more the bearable! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Fantastic! Who likes getting there windshield replaced? No one. They made it so easy and painless. I dropped in and was out within an hour. They made me a batch ad fresh coffee, hooked me up with there wifi and did whatever they could to make it cost efficient. Even helped me with insurance! Seriously, they are so so nice! And they front desk lady is adorable! I look like a gutter punk kid and they treated me like I was rolling in a Bentley wearing prada. Such a great experience I’ll always recommend them. Plus they will come to your home and replace your windshield for super cheap! And when I was done, my car was all clean! Inside and out! And they gave me a huge thing of free glass cleaner! So fanatic! It’s like buying a new car!

I’ve never experienced customer service like this regarding my car. Anytime I take it in to get anything done, it seems to be a pain. NOT WITH THIS PLACE. After my windshield cracked, I made an appointment with them. On the day-​of, I brought my car in and I was greeted by the staff and given access to free wifi, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cider. What is this? The Hilton? Everyone was really nice and they fixed my windshield in a timely manner. All I paid was the $ 100 deductible, and I walked right out the door 40 minutes later. AND when I was walking out, the manager handed me a can of glass cleaner and said «thank you so much for coming in, we really appreciate your business.» It’s the little things, guys. This was a great experience. Thanks Safelite!
