Thank you Staci for the fabulous new shoes. I have a race coming up and my pair of 2 – 3 year-old shoes were no longer cutting it. At SLRC, Staci did the whole biomechanical analysis with me to see how I run. Heck I don’t even know how I run until now. Either way, I walked away with everything I need for the coming race. One less thing to worry over.

This is a great little running store! The staff is very helpful, and they have everything you need to find the right pair of running shoes for you. They also share lots of tips and tricks for good, healthy running. This is a great place to go for a beginner or a seasoned runner.

I’ve been to their store, their site, their running events. Nice people who know what they’re talking about! But as far as finding out about running events, is better :)

These people are the real deal! I HATERUNNING! But when I go to this store, I want to LOVERUNNING! They got me on the treadmill, while a camera shot footage of my footage… or feetage… whatever! MYFEET! GEEZ! Anyway, they were able to get me into a sweet pair of shoes that make me more comfortable while I run. They had me try a few different pairs and the ones they ultimately recommended were 40% off and the lowest priced of the set. This tells me that the running gurus here are more concerned with making me happy, safe and comfortable than with pumping up the cha-ching on my debit card. The guys and dolls at the Salt Lake Running Company are totally Useful, Funny and Cool!

Recently, I was told my Zach«Bittermormon» F. that my problem with being able to always eat is, as he so eloquently puts, «its all that damn running, that crap isnt healthy :)» Well, I realized one day that my ability to outeat my Samoan and Tongan friends would one day catch up with me. Also, running is much cheaper therapy for the stresses of life. This now brings Salt Lake Running Company into the loop. They are my partners in running. They carry awesome shoes and gear and are incredibly friendly whenever I stop by. They also can throw you on a treadmill and work you for hours if you misbehave in the store. Well, it might actually be for measuring your gait. I’m also a huge fan of their new site which is finally up. They bring lovers of running together in our community. If you want to find out what races are going on in the area or read quick-tips for running, just check their site out. Let the eating commence! Er, running.
