Scott’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Very professional and friendly attitude. My carpets look so much better!!! They did a wonderful job (and I have two elderly dogs that had really made their mark).

A good carpet cleaner, like a good housekeeper, or any home service is hard to find. It needs to be someone trustworthy, because I leave them in my home unattended, and meticulous to the extent that the service they are providing is to the level of detail I would do myself, if only I had the time and tools.
I’ve been calling on Scott’s Carpet Cleaning for 4 years now. I found them on Unilocal and was pleasantly surprised to learn at the first cleaning that I knew one of Frank Scott’s daughters in school. The family connection is huge and I love that this is a family-​run, local business. They take my family’s needs and considerations to heart and go above and beyond to make sure one’s pleased with their service. Their pricing is competitive, although I haven’t shopped around since I started calling on them.
This morning, when I had Scott’s over to clean the carpet in my new house (yes, I’ve moved and I’ve brought Scott’s along with me), he also informed me that they clean and polish hardwood floors. I’ll be sure to have him take care of my wood floors next year, when I have my carpets done.

I have used Scotts 2 times for a rental property and both times they have surprised and delighted!!! I called them on a holiday weekend after finding the carpets in our rental had been saturated in dog urine and smoke. The renter had hired another company and the carpets didn’t look or smell like they had been touched. Next day Scotts team went out, were able to get out the stains and the stench!!! OUTSTANDING. Saved me the cost of replacing the carpet. They are the only folks I will use for my homes and the only ones you should use for yours.

I found this carpet cleaning company online. I needed to get my basement’s carpet clean after our dogs destroyed it while out of town. I was quoted a price through the phone and they came over to clean the carpet within 30 min. The carpet looked awesome after the cleaning and my total was the exact same I was quoted. The carpet cleaning tech was also friendly and great.
The only thing negative would be the price quoted for a small basement room was a little high but for the prompt service and pet stains cleaned, it was well worth it. I will definately use this company again.

I found Scott’s through MerchantCircle (who I had never used) but there was a testimonial there saying that the service was great so I gave it a shot.
I was able to book a cleaning for the afternoon I called and the owner, Fred, showed up right on time ready to go. He did the rooms I requested quickly and thoroughly both cleaning and scotch guarding. We had only been in the home, a new home, for 8 months but the kids had spilled enough milk to warrant a cleaning.
The carpets now look better than when we moved in and the prices were more than fair. I will recommend this service to any who needs a cleaning of any level.
