Simple Systems

I feel like 1 star is more than they deserve. Service was AWFUL! Dropped my laptop off and didn’t hear anything for over a week for an update. After I called three times they finally called me back telling me they had no idea what was wrong. This went on for another week. Me calling, them not calling back. After 2 ½ weeks they said they still didn’t know what was wrong and that they had to wipe my computer. I said it was fine, I didn’t care what they did at this point as long as I could get my laptop back. I went in on the set day to pick it up and they still had not wiped it clean yet. Oh, put they were so nice to offer to put all m music files on a usb drive if i went to go get it and bring it back. So I went and picked one up and dropped it off and told them I would’ve back the next day. Low and behold! My laptop was not worked on and their server was down!!! For 2 days?!! They were finally able to wipe my computer clean after 3 weeks, gave me my laptop back but told me they would call me when all my music was on the un drive. Now an additional 3 weeks later, no phone call, no usb drive that I bought. Can I atleast have my usb drive back!!! One more thing, my laptop still doesn’t work.
Over 6 weeks and I’m still extremely upset about this place!!! Oh one more thing, my laptop still doesn’t work!
DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Simple Systems is a wonderful company. Dan is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended this company to multiple company’s and not one of them has had a bad experience. That means a lot to me as a customer as I will keep recommending them. This company is doing all the right things and treating people right. I know they will be in business for a long time.

Rob at Simple Systems was great. They are very reasonably priced and had my computer fixed in less time than they thought.
