I do not typically write reviews, but I feel that this is a pretty important one. I have never been blatantly lied to. I had two guys, who apparently were brothers, help me switch from my Galaxy S to the Iphone with my jump program. I was told that I got a free case and screen protector… along with either a $ 300 speaker or beats headphones. All I had to do was«pay the taxes on the accessories.» The guys continued to tell me that it was their promotion for switching to the Iphone. My bill would stay the same etc. I asked several times are you sure all I have to do is pay the taxes?(Because who would buy a $ 300 speaker!!!)… and they continued to tell me that was all I had to do. Three months later my phone bill has jumped up an extra $ 20 because I am now paying for my speaker and accessories through a 22 month plan! WTF??? I have never been so upset. There is nothing I can do now because this all happened back in October… When I am done paying for my phone, I am switching providers! I have been a loyal customer for years and they have the audacity to lie right to my face!!! I was told over the phone that«next time» I should read the contract better. Who really reads a 30 page contract… when the employees are telling me what is in the contract. Lies. All lies. I will never go back, or recommend T-Mobile to anyone!

HAVENOTRECEIVEDREIMBURSEMENTFORCANCELLATIONFEE. The salesperson made it sound super easy and quick for me to get refunded for my cancellation fee with Sprint, so I didn’t think it’d be a big deal. But my Sprint cancellation fee ended up being $ 650!!! I still don’t have it, and I’ve been waiting 4 months. I waited the max time(8 weeks) with nothing in the mail. So I called, and they said it had been denied but they didn’t know why. So they said it’d be another 2… I waited 2 and called, and then they said it’d be another 4. Then I called again, and they said it wasn’t processed at all. I can’t afford to not be reimbursed and I’m pretty livid about it. I would have never switched if I knew they’d be so misleading and sleazy about it. Unfortunately the sales guys in general are very kind and upbeat and I don’t want to give this store a low rating… but it’s super frustrating.

I found that the store by Brickyard is far more responsive to my needs. Wait time is less and I feel acknowledged immediately upon entry, like a sushi restaurant. Yet, the 7th East Store might be better now that they’ve changed sides of the street, but I haven’t been back, since at 7th East I have to later get additional charges«fixed». with Brickyard upping my long, long experience as a customer with T-Mobile. I pay the bill for 5 phones, so I like the best service. I notice that they really are happy to answer my phone’s various problems — I feel like I’m getting a «better«($$) deal too…

Switched from Verizon, sales guy was very helpful, no issues with me buying a phone online. Got my phone, went in, one hour later I was out the door with a much better plan than I was getting from Verizon. They also paid my early termination fee.

Normally, I’d give them a pretty good review just because T-Mobile is a lot better of an experience than Verizon for us. But at this location, the guy who helped us was really not very helpful. He seemed like he just wanted to get us out of there, and not really provide a very good customer experience. Didn’t even ask if we wanted to keep our old numbers, he just straight up switched us to new ones. When we said we wanted the cheapest plan and not the one that was on the promotion, he seemed irritated and pushy about it, and asked us again in a tone that was pretty condescending. Neither of us got new phones, so maybe that’s why he was cranky. Just logged on to our T-Mobile online account, and not only are our names messed up(my name is on both lines, as Richie and RICHARD, even though my wife is supposed to be on one of the lines), the phones we have listed on there are completely false for both of us. We were really excited to switch over to T-Mobile from Verizon, but we may be taking our business elsewhere if this is the kind of customer experience we get.

Brennan is really nice guy. He helped us to order the iPhone6s in store first, but the Tmobile system is down at that time. Then we go back home and order it online. You know what, Brennan did call back to us and told us some info we cannot find online and help us to order 6Plus remotely. Brennan, you rock. Thanks.
