I use TaskEasy for my lawn service and I’m always so pleased with the work their contractors do. I’ve recommended them to many friends and family and will continue to do so. :)

I got HORRIBLE service today. I paid an extra 21.00 for a scheduled appt so I could be here so my wife a new mother would not be alone with a newborn when the contractor showed up, smash cut to 4 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and my wife nearly has a heart attack when a strange man is staring at her through the backyard slider, how about a door knock folks??? I wish it ended there, I paid for the premium package which was supposed to include maintenance to my flower beds, I take that to mean my flower beds will be weeded, because wtf else kind of maintenance do they require? My flower beds were NOT weeded. We weren’t talking months of overgrowth with weeds 4 feet high, these are 6in weeds a few weeks old. Book at your own risk, so far customer support was VERY unhelpful. I got a $ 120 mow and go NOT «premium» yard maintenance.

Don’t take on more work than you can handle. You didn’t show up and you have the worst customer service. I will actively review negatively against your company and will make sure to use a competitor, in the future, because they’ll actually show up. Task easy needs to stop taking it easy and get their act together.

Promptly charged my credit card the day before a major storm then no one showed up. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone because they didn’t staff their call centers the day after the storm. Eventually when I am able to talk to their sales team, on the next day, I pretended to be a new customer — they were ready to sign up and ‘start today’. For a team who is crying they are ‘overwhelmed’ it shocked me they would take on new business filled with empty promises.
Never would use /​recommend them — very shady.

I’m from Columbus, Ohio. This is a fantastic Business. This company specializes in all types of Lawn Care tasks. I found them on Yahoo. They mapped my location gave me an estimate and sent a contractor in my area to do my Lawn maintenance. It’s easy, simple and the contractors are reviewed by TaskEasy before becoming one of their people. I spoke with Adam K, who is kind, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. I highly recommend speaking with him if you have the opportunity, but any of the specialist would be great. All of them are specially trained to assist the customer with any lawn care need, and then some. I recommend giving them I try. In this hustle and bustle world we all need to take a break and let someone else do the hard work for a change. Did I mention they are reasonable? Just a little more than the «neighborhood kid» who wants to make a couple bucks. I only pay $ 29.00 a week or bi-​weekly,. but depending on the services you choose, prices may vary.
