No one answered the phone, and I called multiple times. And I assumed they would have walk in appointments(because their Unilocal page says they do) but they dont. Each stylist was by appointment only. Their website doesn’t work either and that’s how one of the stylist told me to book an appointment. Super cute place, but I’m disappointed by their false advertising

I have been going to see Sarah Treseder since she finished school and no one has ever understood my hair as well she she has. She s ALWAYS on time, professional, and actually listens to what you are saying. The best part for me is that if she thinks what I am saying won’t look great, she will explains why and suggest the better option. I have sent several people to her and we are all lifers now!

Fantastic customer service, I had my hair cut and colored by Sarah. She was on time, friendly, extremely knowledgable and did not rush when styling my hair. One of my biggest pet peeves is feeling rushed when booking a salon appointment. I feel like getting your hair done should be similar to a spa experience. You shouldn’t have to listen to your hair stylist complain or talk trash to other hair stylists, have her answer her phone, or feel stressed out that you aren’t going to get what you want. Yes, the things described above have all happened to me before at other salons. However, The Salon at Image Studios was clean, laid back and I felt very relaxed and left extremely pleased. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the scheduling and paying part of the visit was odd. I have to schedule and pay my hairstylist instead of through a receptionist. It’s not bad, I’m just not use to it and it is a little uncomfortable.
