Say what you want about their delivery service (and I’ve said plenty laden with profanity plenty of times), but overall they do a good job, for the most part, all the way down to the drivers.
At the service center, they have substantially upgraded service and these guys are definitely on it, trying to help. Could it be more streamlined? Absolutely, but they’re generally friendly and genial and seem to at least have a desire to be helpful, which always goes a long way. I have no real complaints at all about this and though they are far from perfect, of course, they have definitely improved this area quite a bit.

Good location. Always a big fan of UPS. Go brown! Sometimes this location can get a little busy but the workers are what’s friendly and try to help as much as they are able.

West Jordan, UT
I called earlier today and changed my package to be picked up. Received a call and they confirmed that it can be picked up at 1845… i arrived at 1845… waited until 1945 and was told that the driver didn’t «pull the package from the truck» and that I’d have to come tomorrow. There were other ppl there who had the same thing happen to them… well…if I have a choice from now on… I’m going with FedEx

A-​OK. A good drop off place. Exactly what I expect. They don’t really provide much service here though so come here prepared with a ready-​to-​ship item.
They are friendly and helpful though.

Slow as the last ice age counter staff-​crazy expensive to ship anything. You are much better off using USPS and paying the little extra for a tracking number.
