Dr J is fantastic! By far one of the most caring Dr’s I’ve had treatments from. I’ve received laser hair removal and CO2 skin resurfacing. I’ve had unbelievable results with the CO2.
My laser hair removal was also great! I highly recommend Dr J and his staff! They have treated me with great care while delivering the results I wanted!

I’ve only been here once, but the girls in the office were friendly, the price was very fair & it was easy to get to. My only gripe was the Dr. was 30 minutes late in getting me in which over lunch is annoying. The reason he was late, is he took a while to explain things, listen to my concerns, and talk to me about other procedures, so really, I can’t gripe. I would certainly go here again, and I’d recommend it to others. I have literally had Botox/​dysport from every well known Dr.‘s office/​med spas and this was one of the better experiences I’ve had.

I tried this place for Botox because I had a groupon, a decision I have come to regret. I will never go here again.
I get Botox injections regularly from another doctor, so I know what to expect. But this doctor told me the amount usually used to treat my entire forehead could only be used to treat the small area between my eyes. To say this doctor’s bedside manner was lacking would be an understatement. And after the injections, the doctor sent me out with blood running off my forehead. I became aware of this after the horrified expressions on onlookers’ faces led me to check my reflection in the mirror. Not a good experience.

Please don’t judge me, but I recently visited Dr. Johnsen for a little Botox. This was not my first try at Botox, but this was my most positive experience.
James, who woks in the office is very friendly and instantly helped to calm me and my friend’s nerves. I mean, who wouldn’t be a little nervous about paralyzing their face? Dr. Johnsen is über-​friendly and a great doctor. He explained the procedure and told me about his «special» techniques to help the Botox last longer. I was in and out of his chair in less than 20 minutes. It is 7 days later and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Johnsen is very talented and I will go back for my follow-​ups.
