The price of $ 75 for a new key FOB sounded good. However, they shipped me a scuffed, filed down, stained refurbished key FOB, nowhere near new. Customer service answers the phone and web chat promptly. However, they insist on an 18% restocking fee, else replacing the key with one less used. 3 weeks since my initial order, I’m still awaiting the arrival of an exchanged replacement FOB in the mail. Then I’ll get local people to cut then program the «new» key FOB.
