This location is in the Safeway and has the best hours EVER. They’re open later on the weekdays (until 7) and they’re also open on the weekends — Sunday included. I cannot count how many times their hours have been a huge lifesaver because we’re out running errands and I need to deposit a check and get cash.
There is also hardly ever a line at this location, so I’m in and out quickly. The tellers here are really nice and quick. They’ll chat with you if you want, or they’ll wish you a happy day/​evening/​weekend and you’re on your way to your next errand. Definitely a good experience each time. Between the convenience and the customer service, this is probably the branch I bank with most often.

I give this bank five stars thanks to amazing customer service from people like Ashley. She is fast, intelligent, has an amazing personality, and can remember your regular account information from a conversation two weeks before. It doesnt hurt that she is ridiculously gorgeous, but that part really doesnt matter. Excellent customer service is the part that matters, and they deliver it every single time in spades.
I would go down a star or two for the creepy lurkers they always park near the front desk people, as if they have zero trust in their people. I think they call it «Stage Coaching». But the front desk people on the front line are so good I have to keep it at five stars. Just ignore the banker lurking, OR picture him wearing a trench coat and you can at least amuse yourself while you wait.

Why only 3 stars?
Well, everytime I go in, I get peppered with all these offers. EVERY TIME.
I know… It’s good customer service, but sometimes I just want to do a deposit and then leave… That’s it.

THE best local branch you’ll find!
The staff is outstanding, helpful and totally professional. During the recent snow, most of Sammamish was not drivable. The staff walked to get to work. Some, almost 4 miles.
Though I have had frustrations with WF in the past, this team led by Kyle, has made a happy customer out of me.
Bravo!
