IHOP

Waited at the booth for 15 minutes with ZERO acknowledgment from the wait staff. Walked out. Ridiculous

We had a really nice waitress and great service… good predictable food. Clean! Not sure why the poor reviews.

Everything was great but the greeter said welcome to Whataburger as we walked in (she was a manager)

Went here last week and ordered the bacon, egg, hash browns with pumpkin spice waffles. It was cold and greasy! The bacon was under cooked and fatty, dripping with grease. The hash browns were not brown, just mushy and greasy. The eggs were OK. I understand that a meal won’t be perfect every time, but the waitress didn’t come by for 15 minutes, so I ate what I could. When I told her about the meal, she said she would pass it on. When the woman at the check out asked how it was, I told her. Her reply was…“oh I’m sorry” and that was it!!! I guess they get enough business that it doesn’t matter to them. Won’t be back!!!

Pass this location up and go to McDonald’s. I guess they could have one star for the veggie omelette that was ok. But the fruit that came with it was ½ cup at best and tasted like old bad fish. Husband asked for warm syrup and it never came. Trust me on this… pass this place up.

This IHOP is great. There’s always a wait in the mornings but that’s OK they got us in real quick. We’ve come here several times with our ASU student and always have a good experience. This time year they have delicious pumpkin pancakes so it’s worth the wait to be seated. Coffee was really excellent to. Has lots of flavor. It’s not weak like sometimes coffee can be at a café.
I got the spinach and mushroom omelette. Is has hollandaise sauce on it and it is really good. I highly recommend this IHOP

The breakfast here is consistently good. We come here on the weekends when we’re visiting our ASU student, and while the place ia busy, they always get us seated in a timely manner. The servers are friendly and they get the orders right, even when you modify the menu, which is nice.
The coffee was really good this time and we took full advantage of the bottomless pot. They had some french vanilla creamers on the table, and they were really good. The best thing thing at IHOP this time of year is the pumkin pancakes. I usually get toast instead of pancakes, but not when the pumpkins are on the menu. Love those things.
The parking lot gets full on the weekends, but your patience will be rewarded with a great breakfast.

We came in today around the lunch hour. We were seated right away. Cody is an amazing server and was very attentive the entire meal. Constantly checking on us without being pushy or too much. Food was quick and delicious.

came for the $ 0.57 short stack, but it was more like the dessert stack and was far too full, but ate it anyway. I remember IHOP being better, but maybe it has always been average. Ordered the denver (i think?) omelette, nothing special, all ingredients were from a bag (unless the ‘chef’ is really talented and cut everything into perfect squares) could have had more cheese. Hashbrowns were just fryer grease. Awful. The cheesecake pancakes were ok. Nothing special as well. To be fair, the only reason I went was because that’s where the car stopped. Next breakfast adventure I’m driving.

I love IHOP! A great place for a great stack of pancakes anytime! They have at least ten different kinds of pancakes including a healthy whole wheat oat and nut batter. The pumpkin pancakes are wonderful. IHOP is always an old-​fashioned treat!

IHOP is consistent. Basic breakfast, always get the Swedish crepes and love the bottomless pot of coffee. This particular place was busy, and our server was great.

we had to go orders from here a couple times one time was perfect could not better the other I had stuffed french toast that was hard and dry like it was super old seems to be hit and miss here

Arrived around 830 on a Saturday it was pretty busy but we were seated quickly and the service was great. Everything tasted good, and the stuffed French toast was just as fantastic as always.

My husband and I came over to have a good meal but this ihop is very disappointed. Is dead which we taught well the have more time to treat you right and give you hot food but No, that was our first mistake. You asked for hot items and you get attitude, really? Where had customer service has gone? Where is the caring that the customer is paying for their food? We were treated like we were bothering them.

I don’t usually write about corporate restaurants but I must warn you. My party of 9 has been here 1 and 15 minutes and no food. We decided on IHOP because we thought they could handle a crowd. Wow, the food is here and it doesn’t look good. I wanted ham instead of fruit but «we can’t do that.» Ham is cheaper than fruit on the menu. I can’t do IHOP.

The blueberry cheesecake waffle was delicious! The bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, and coffee were also good as was the service.

I love IHOP but this particular one sucks! The servers and slow and they constantly mess up the food here. Sometimes, they run smoothly without an issue which is why they get 3 stars. They usually deserve less. Normally I love their pancakes and the rest of their food but this one is failing. It is giving IHOP a bad name.

Oh you crazy guys got me, food poisoning. Slow service for an almost empty place. Specials out of stock first thing in morning.

I’m not a big fan of pancakes, but they have some good omelettes here. Gotta get my bacon fix!

MMMMMM, lipstick on my coffee cup? Can a heater really be set on 90, this one must be. All the wait staff can do is complain about how hot it is.
When did it ever mean having your eggs over well meant that it comes out all brown and crusty. I guess the cook stove was stuck too high as well cause the pancakes were over done too.
I must say that my waiter did everything well and very courteous.
Finally the heat is off and it is getting more comfortable in here.
