I love this place. I usually get a to go order before my night shift and almost always choose the chicken pad Thai, which never disappoints. The eggrolls here are amazing! Always made fresh when you order and so crispy and delicious. Friendly service and great prices with HUGE portion sizes make this a great choice every time.

We went here for the first time and it was fantastic. Our food was cooked fresh after we ordered, and everything was delicious. The staff was very helpful and patient in explaining Boba to us, and I’m glad because we really enjoyed it! We tried several dishes and had plenty for the five of us to share and still have leftovers. We grabbed an extra order of spring rolls to go, because they were just that good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, so much better than so many other Asian restaurants here in town. It’s now tied with one other as our absolute favorites, and I doubt we’ll even go to any of the others anymore.

I love this place. I go have the shrimp noodle phở at least once a week and it is always good. The owner and staff are very nice and always take good care of the customer.

Fresh and fast shrimp phở and shrimp spring rolls and chicken lo mein, the hot was hot, the cold was cold, the options for the non-Asian fan were enough to keep everyone fed. Eating in involved real flatware. Sooo good and ample.

I love this place! Everything I’ve had from there is good. Pineapple Express, chicken teriyaki, and chicken Lo mein are my faves so far. The restaurant is clean, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable. Next time, I’m trying one of those beautiful drinks.

Great little place! My roommates and I eat here all the time. Typically we get the chicken ramen and it’s terrific. Super friendly staff, quick service, cheap prices, and awesome food. Since it is so small(only 5 tables inside), it does tend feel crowded if there’s more than 2 tables full. One of the best places in San Angelo.

Had the phở and it was very good. It was during lunch rush and I only waited 10 minutes for my order. Overall great experience

I really do enjoy LC, theirs’s was the first cold noodle dish I had truly liked. Be careful of the extras and your bill won’t be too high. We go often!

Not a terrible place. I’ve been stuck in San Angelo for a few months and I’m finally getting out but while I’ve been trapped here Lotus has been one of my favorite places to go to for basic Vietnamese food. Some of the food they have is microwave, egg rolls, but the food they do make in house is pretty good. Phở is average and cheap, what you’d hope for but not super special and the spring rolls are hand rolled and filled with so much. Not the best Asian you’ll find but from what I’ve had in San Angelo it’s one of the few worth stopping in.

Fairly New place here, but great. A LOT of food for the money. It takes a while to get to you because they use small electric woks instead of commercial woks. But I guess that makes it more personal too. I like to meet my girls there and have some phở, and pad Thai!

Not wasting time on this… awful. Gas station egg rolls, far too much cilantro in the spring rolls. Badically, similar to dragonlicious, but«thai». …adding peanuts doesn’t make it thai.

Had a bowl of Phở from here. Got it to go. The taste was fine but they combined my noodles with the broth and by the time I drove 9 minutes, the noodles were totally mushy and broken. Overall good flavor, but not my best phở experience. Maybe it would have been better eating in.

We had fried eggrolls, beef phở and veggie beef to go. The egg rolls were pretty good. The phở was almost inedible, with mushy noodles and a watery, lifeless stock. The stir fry was tolerable but bland and boring. Based on these items alone, one star.

Was here for a quick lunch on our way back to Houston. Was craving phở and found this little place. Our order was ready within 10 minutes. Phở is good, and the bubble tea is not bad… It’s a little bit pricy compared to tons of phở places in Houston, but there seems to be not so many options here so that’s understandable… A good choice is you like a bowl of phở.

For San Angelo, this place is pretty good. Otherwise, it would really get three stars. To be extremely honest, Donutopia’s dishes are better prepared and more flavorful. Although, I am extremely appreciative that Lotus Café is nearby as an alternative option when I’m craving noodle soup, noodle salad, and/or tapioca/boba/pearl drinks after Donutopia is closed. It’s a great option when I’m too lazy to cook and am craving good Asian food.

Phở– extremely soggy noodles, phở soup base tasted like water and salt(they maybe using the powder) Customer service– incompetent worker(2 of us were the only customers there, 30 minute wait time), didn’t know how to work the register. Bubble tea– extremely soggy tapioca(melts in the mouth… nasty), uses powder instead of real ingredient, expensive($ 5 w/bubbles). Would not go there again… try Donutopia if you are hungry for some good Asian food.

Love love love the bubble tea :) and the staff is so darn friendly. The only downside is that their tea is pretty popular so sometimes they run out before their next shipment is due to arrive :/
