When I needed coverage for my home, in a refinancing situation, I needed it for «yesterday:. Thanks God for Libby and her staff, they took care of the issue right away, very professionally and even communicated with all involved parties without involving me. What a relief and peace of mind having Libby on my side.

Libby Winston is a life saver in so many ways! I totaled a car and she was so there for me, she helped me get through the entire 6 month hard and painful process! She helped me get a rental car easily, helping me find a suitable car, explained and helped me understand how and what my coverage plans and costs are, she really helped me get through process of getting an incredible settlement that has helped me financially. She has a lot of compassion, patience, and is so understanding for someone like me that gets confused about everything, but she as always helped me understand all about my coverages and how it has benefits me in many ways. The one situation that really made realize how incredible, selfness, and caring she is was when the rent care company charged almost five hundred dollars, she actually stood up for me by talking to the manager and explained that they took advantages me, which I was reimbursed more half of what I was charged!!!
