360 TINT

John from 360 did an amazing job on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport. I went with the Llumar CTX (30%) all around. He explained the process and what to expect. Before, I had taken my old car to one of those chain stores that does tint. Needless to say the service and installation are way above of the rest! Don’t expect your car to be done with an hour or two. It takes way longer. So expect to leave your car for the entire day.

Those are 3 adjectives I’d succinctly use to describe not only 360 TINT, but also his auto detailing and custom tint business, They have excellent customer service and professional, credentialed service are intertwined; they both go hand in hand, as they say, and, in my opinion, you can’t have one without the other.
I speak from the security and confidence of owning my own business… if I don’t have the trust and assurance to present the customer, either I never gain him or her, or, I lose the business I had earned. While auto care, particularly paint protection and the various types of auto film, etc., is not my area of expertise, it IS for John.
I immediately felt included in the process of caring for my vehicle, my investment, in working alongside his experience. Sat. Oct. 17: My son needed to get tint for his new car he just bought. So me being new to San Antonio I decided to turn to Unilocal to help me find a tinting place. This place had a 4 star rating which seemed pretty good. My son called and set an appointment for Sat. the 24^th of October at 9am. I went to the establishment to look around and see what they had to offer on Tue. Oct. 20^th. I walked in and there was two gentlemen speaking (assuming about tint). One guy (John) looked up at me as i walked in but didn’t say anything (no «I’ll be right with you». or anything) so I waited about 5 mins then John came up to me and introduced himself while the other gentlemen waited. John needs to work on his people skills but overall he seemed like a nice guy. He presided to tell me how he had the Best Tint and how he has been tinting for over 20 years. I let him know my son had an appointment for Saturday and I just wanted to come in and see what kind of products he had. He gave me a demo and I was satisfied and I left. He did carry a pretty good brand of tint. I would have to say I was impressed with the quality of tint that he carried.
Here is where everything went south, we showed up at 9am on Saturday to drop the car off, the door was locked and no one answered the door when we knocked. there was some bad weather that day so I figured maybe he was stuck in traffic so we waited till 9:30am. Still nothing so I told my son lets go get something to eat then we will come back. we left his car and went in mine to get something from Taco Cabana on Bitters. We were back at the place by 10am and the place was still closed so we left. My son called the place and even emailed the guy John and as of today Oct. 291 we still have not received a call back, although I have to admit my son already chose to find another place. He figured if he didn’t show up or call back he didn’t trust the guy with his car. he said what if I drop it off and he goes to lunch and never comes back how am i going to get my car. We did a little more research and he has apparently had a few tint companies under his name. So he lost out on our business due to his unprofessionalism. We ended up driving across town to Thumbs up Window tint.

Great people working here. Very thorough, didnt just slap the tint on. We did wait, I would recommend leaving your vehicle. Very trustworthy people. Made us feel very welcome!

Came here to fix my tints after Tint World on Dezavala did a crap job. Not only are they timely and professional, they did a great job on the tint. They all seem like good people here. Definitely recommended

Thank goodness for Unilocal ratings. The «other» guys (you know, that megaplace all over town) gets a 3-​star rating for a reason. 360 Tint is a boutique company targeting customers who care primarily about quality. Although price is a factor, it’s not the main issue here. John runs a top-​notch company. I had an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. He was working on another customer’s vehicle and stopped to spend the time to explain his philosophy and walk me through the products, all of which have a lifetime warranty. I felt no pressure to select any particular product. He called me 15 minutes before the predicted due time to kindly explain that he needed an additional hour. Great communication! When I came, he was wrapping up. I watched him work for the last 5 minutes or so and could sense that this a a man truly dedicated to his craft. He is meticulous. If you’re looking for a bargain, please shop elsewhere. If you’re looking for quality, then 360 Tint wins hands down.

Great job and amazing customer service! My husband is extremely particular when any kind of work is conducted on our vehicles and makes sure to research a variety of places before deciding to set any kind of appoinment. we were both 100 percent satisfied with the tint work that was completed on our car! John not only did a great job but has earned our trust and we look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I would like to talk about what a great job they did on my vehicle. Unfortunately for me, they had no record of my appointment I made a week ahead. Ok, so it’s 100 degrees in South Texas, I will cut them slack.
We agreed to an appointment the next day at 2pm for two windows that would take an 1.5−2 hours. When I arrived at the location, the door was locked. I called the business and he said I could drop it off for the work, but he «had a lot going on today.»
Do yourself a favor and find someone who can conduct their business in a professional manner.

Needed to make my car legal so I went here and the job and service was excellent. Will be back with my wife’s car.

After having my car broken into I needed to get my tint replaced on one window, These guys provided great service I really felt like they took care of me. There isn’t a whole lot of money in tinting one window and I can see how some places would see this work as an inconvenience. But they handled the whole transaction as if I had some large contract with them. It’s business owners like this who deserve to thrive. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed window tint for any reason.
