WARNING: My brother filled his Toyota with fuel at Chevron (281 & Brookhollow) this am. Within seconds of starting his 4 Runner, the car stalled six times and sputtered at 10mph to my house a few miles away. $ 535.00 and 7 hours later, Alamo Toyota diagnosed the problem as being E85 in the gas tank (unless your vehicle is made for flex fuel or E85 it will damage it). This gas station does not have E85 pumps and the delivery of fuel today was accidentally E85. A few hours later they had stopped selling all fuel, even diesel and put up signs saying pumps are closed due to the weather.

Stopped here to fuel up and get a car wash. I decided to try The Works for $ 10 and was glad to see a car wash frequent washer promotion. Pay for 4 washes and get a works wash free. Not a bad deal and only gas station I’ve seen to offer a promotion. Very tight space to get my van into and 7ft clearance was almost not enough. I would be coming back for future washes, however I wish you didn’t have to save receipts get promotion. Something tells me they will fade before I get 4.
