We love this place from the themed rooms, to the really nice waiting room, from the front office staff and MAs, to the docs. They just moved into a new bigger location (still within the same office area — just another building), which was a good decision. We see Dr. Reynard, but had a few visits with Dr. Bourland. Both excellent and knowledgeable, very good with my daughter. Getting appointments the same day has never been an issue. The staff is always friendly and most importantly returns messages within several hours. The wait time can be a little long at times, but hey, they are working hard to see all the sick kids on the same day, so I get it — things can get busy.

Horrible office staff. Promised to call me back and didn’t. Doctor prescribed a medication and the office staff would not help with preauthorization. I had to pay an extra $ 100 since they would not give a diagnosis code to my insurance company. I won’t be going back, and don’t recommend this office to anyone. Too bad since the doctor was pretty good.

I only have one complaint about this office and that is you have to go off-​site to have labs done. With that being said, we LOVE this office. Dr. Bourland was great with our daughter, very current on her medical knowledge, patient with us and our questions. The nurse was great with our daughter as well and really nice. We really lucked out finding this great pediatrics office on the first try.

This office is phenomenal. Typically you’ll get either a great doc and a horrible staff, or vice versa. Every facet of Dr. Bourland’s office is wonderful, from the front desk to nursing to the physician herself. She’s very current on her medical knowledge, as well as being empathetic, kind and nurturing to my kids. My husband is also a physician and so we are VERY picky when it comes to practitioners for our children, and after trying a few offices in San Antonio we are ecstatic to have found this practice.
