I agree with the rude staff comment. i am a prospective new patient trying to find a doctor. i tried calling the Alamo Heights office because it is close to my home. Three time i was put on hold forever and never spoke to anyone. the fourth time, the wait was short, but then i was treated so rudely that I ended up not making the appointment at all, and found another doctor. The staff is a reflection of the doctors and their business — not looking good !

I called for an urgent appt. and was asked to come in at 2pm that day. Come to find out they booked me at the wrong location. I printed the patient sheet and the next day that same sheet could not be found. After the treatment I watched the Dr. and staff work and try to fufill the prescription. As you might know, 48 hours later I have no anti biotics and NO calls from the doctors office.
Avoid this place if you can

This facility has some of the rudest, unprofessional staff working for them. The Dr may be ok but his staff is beyond terrible. Every girl working in there looks down on you. If you don’t have insurance and just want info on what they will charge, they will laugh in your face. Thank you Alamo for treating my mother like crap and making her cry. YAll are great people.
