All My Sons Moving & Storage of San Antonio

These guys were great! Fast, reliable, professional & pleasant. I moved my 4 bedroom house in 6 hours. I was charged exactly what I was quoted! I even bought them lunch I was so impressed! I recommend these guys any time.

I’ve never used them for my moving needs, but based on their driving skills, I never will. I’ve seen their truck in a few accidents but this morning driving to work, truck 138 was weaving between lanes and tail gating. If you’re driving in 8am rush hour traffic driving recklessly isn’t going to get you there any faster. What it will do is make other people like me on the highway question your ability as a company to transport my items safely.

These guys are GREAT!!! Fast, efficient, respectful, & professional. We had quite a move with more than three stops to make & they couldn’t have been more understanding & patient! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

NEVER Use THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! Was quoted $ 3500 and charged $ 4700… Management does not return phone calls. One of my items did not fit on truck so I was told to «pick out what I wanted to leave behind» and NO, they did not go back or compensate e for lost items. Horrible — reporting to BBB

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! I was promised the cream of the crop and got the polar opposite. One of the workers moved my son’s dresser from upstairs on a dolly without strapping it. From the first step of 24, the dresser came tumbling down damaging the wall to the tune of $ 1,500 and a completely destroyed dresser. I have not been compensated for either! Because we closed on the house that week, I had to take a broken dresser with me to my new home over 400 miles away. The crew manager got into an argument with both my husband and I about how slow they were at packing and blamed me. Stating that they were only there to move things, when clearly it states two men were there to pack and two were there to load. ON TOP OF ALL OF THE ABOVE, the same crew member that dropped the dresser, was caught by the POD professional smoking on the side of my POD and leaving cigarette buds all over my property along side of my POD!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! I have yet to see or hear from a manager after several attempts to have this matter resolved. DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will be disappointed.

Never use all my sons movers they will add charges that they say are needed
there was not tob ge a trip chared but was added when they unloaded the truck
I had to help the movers because the were so slow that it would have cost me more thean it did if i had not helped Whatshould have cost only about $ 300 dollare ended up costing 670 dollare with all there add on. I call to talk with some about the add on they wrer rude and hung up. Please never use them and help put them out of business

I can’t prove it because I was foolish and trusted them to not still my stuff. I moved 6 months ago and since then have been missing a brand new Dewault Impact drill and an iPhone. Shame on me for not micromanaging the process, but I would bet my dollar the chumps who moved my stuff also helped themselves to some things they felt should belong to them.

Broken items, lost items, sloooooow service. Placed my son’s prized skate board in the cab of their truck, then conveniently «forgot» to unload it. 30 phone calls, and numerous promises to deliver it, later, they claimed the lost it too.
Two hour minimum, plus an hour for travel. Should you just say «three hour minimum»?

Stay away at all costs!
These people really know how to con you on the phone. A simple job that took under an hour cost me three hours in time and an extra gas charge. Go with Frank’s if your moving in San Antonio

avoid at all costs. They lost a table top and tore our mattress and box springs. They refused to remedy the issue and have repeatedly avoided their responsibilities and have now resorted to saying they have sent me claim forms, etc. that have never arrived. there are MUCH better movers out there and this one is AWFUL

Awesome experience. Felt the team really worked hard to get everything moved in a timely manner and didn’t «milk» the clock. Would highly recommend and use again for my next move! They even took apart my 18 piece bed and packed it nicely to prevent any scratches! Professional, courteous and on time!

I expected way better for the money I paid. It was mostly because of one of the «men» they sent, Jonathan. He was completely unprofessional and took the easiest and lightest stuff when ever possible. That says a lot about his character. In addition the very first thing he did when walking into my apartment was ask to use the bathroom, seriously??? Then when we were done and going to the house he said he could use a Dr. Pepper and if I wanted I could stop at a gas station. Seriously??? Is that a part of the training so they can charge you more or is he really that clueless. I would stick to a cheaper alternative. They didn’t take any more care with my stuff than A&B.

We recently bought our very first house, and figuring out how to move our belongings was the biggest among all of the tasks that we had to tackle before closing on it. My fiancé scheduled a moving date and time with All My Sons, and that was that. Enter super helpful friends with trailers who offered to help us for free (!!). We called to cancel our moving appointment with All My Sons, to which the man on the line said «well, we require a reason for canceling an appointment.» My fiancé politely explained that we were getting help from friends in order to save some cash. All My Sons’ response? A scoff, and «good luck with that.»
To charge an hour’s rate just to get out to our house before the moving even started was bad enough, but to add a horrible attitude to the mix on what is supposed to be a very exciting day for a family just starting out just takes the cake.
I’ll be taking some of the $ 500 I would have spent on All My Sons and investing in some cold beer and pizza for our friends instead.

Bad experience. My brother had just passed and we needed to vacate his apartment. All my sons sent two guys and a truck but they forgot to bring packing materials. The cost clock was already ticking and they then went to a nearby store to get boxes. Once the packing finally got started they were slow, one mover stopped several times to look over/​browse books and model kits as he put them in boxes. My sister called the manager to complain he was very rude to her. Do not use this service.
