Well – stocked store that is bad for your wallet — here’s why:
The store has a 50% off everything sale, and it’s happening now. The variety of items and sizes is phenomenal for a store having a sale… which makes me think that Ann Taylor has way too much merchandise.
The quality of the clothing is superior to most retail stores. Everything I purchased is smartly constructed, and business-​formal but modern. They have a pretty nice selection of shoes, but the cut of their dresses is poor. There are some very diverse blouses in terms of cuts and colors. Overall, the options are vast.
The salesperson had an affect that made me feel like I was inconveniencing him somehow. I find that odd. I noticed the store was understaffed for a Saturday, too. There was the one sales person and the manager. I foresee future sales… this store looks in bad shape!

Pet peeve… not greeted, approached or offered help when I enter a store and shop. The last two times I’ve shopped at this Ann Taylor location, this has been the case. Straight up snootiness. I’ll go to another location next time.
