Aqua-Tots Swim Schools

We’ve been customers with this business for a few months, from the start it’s been mediocre customer service. I spoke with the owner regarding my initial concerns, he seemed concerned and helpful.
The policy for a missed class is to call and schedule a class. The two times I’ve scheduled a make-​up class I get a call from the staff saying the class is overbooked I need to choose a new class. When I asked the reasoning for this I’m told that there is a computer issue that doesn’t registry when they place a make-​up person in the class. So, if someone books on line, they take the spot.
I asked that they provider another instructor as there are two people bumped from the class we were discussing, they told me they would not do this.
I put in my 30 day notice, it’s honestly not worth the hassle.

We love Aqua-​tots, our daughter has progressed in her swim skills and she enjoys coming. We are completing a fast track program this week. Each coach brings different strengths yet maintains a fun approach to teaching this important skill.
