AT&T is a horrible business. Be warned they do the«bait and switch». The salesman tells you what options you are getting at a great rate and then your first bill comes. My bill was way overpriced and I was charged for things the salesman said I would have waived. I contacted AT&T to resolve and was told that is my bill. AT&T is stealing money from me. I am forced to pay or have my account go to collections. This is ridiculous. I cancelled my service, but I am still stuck with the bill. Don’t be next. I would recommend trying Verizon, I have had no problems with them and they have great customer service.

THIS particular retail store clears employees to start without the benefit of proper training in the ways of customer service and social interaction. At&T overall: AT&T cancelled my iPhone order after 2MONTHS because they decided I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade. My upgrade eligibility was being used to PROCESS the existing order. This is unacceptable.

Decided to try another location, stress levels were cool in there. I was welcomed in the store by Alvin. I explained my screen situation which was hazy and blurry and pretty much was coming undone around the edges since it was put on Saturday. Samantha a representative there found me a new screen and was replaced without being charged. Something the other store wasn’t willing to do on TPC Parkway. I was told not to put my case over it for 24 hours because it would cause the screen cover not to set properly. Problem solved… Thanks! A little patience helps and there quality of customer service is much better.
