I received super service from Ken M. he was so helpful and wonderful every step through picking out my new family room flooring! The crew that put down my new tile floors were also truly outstanding, My floors look fantastic and they took extra care along the way to protect my furnishings that they moved. They were prompt and on time, pulled out the old carpet, prepped the floor, put down the transition and new tile, painted the baseboards and new quarter round in 2 and ½ days I had a beautiful new floor in my family room! They left everything clean and nothing for me to do but enjoy! They made sure I was happy with the finishing before they moved the furniture back in as well! I will definitely be back here for my future flooring needs. I shopped my project around, Ken was the only one to meet his promises, show up for his estimate and provide me an estimate when he said he would and responded quickly when I changed my mind on the pattern, this is the only place to shop for new flooring!
