Came here earlier today asking for only a pedicure and a buff on my nails, absolutely no manicure and the lady, Nancy, was very pushy and would not take no for an answer. I had to tell her at least 3 times I did not want gel polish on my toes and 4 or 5 times I did not want a manicure and she still did it and would not listen to my request! On top of that, charged me for the manicure that I did not want!!! Would never recommend this nail salon to a friend. Go somewhere else at all costs and stay away from Nancy.

This is literally the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life, my nails didn’t even come out that great and they’re super pushy in making you get things you didn’t even ask for! I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible place! They made 3 of my nails bleed. I didnt even let them finish my nails because they were bleeding so bad. One got infected.

Received an eyebrow and chin threading, definitely was NOT worth $ 27. It was rushed and my eyebrows don’t even match. Way more care should have went into my eyebrows for what i paid. I shouldn’t have to find someone else to do them right after. On a positive note, my chin is super smooth though.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! I came in and asked for a fill and color change and the front desk sent me to a lady. The lady began removing my existing acrylic, once I realized what was happening, I corrected the woman and she said she didn’t do fake nails and directed me to another older lady who sat me down and told she was going to smoke a cigarette first. Fine. I waited. After about 15 mins, the older woman continued removing my fake nails, saying she would start over. Once she began, the woman was too busy watching mall shoppers passing by then pay attention to the amount of glue she was placing on my nails. There was glue everywhere, and my thumb nail was glued to my skin. As she began filing down the nail, after continually telling her I wanted short nails, the woman kept saying«you want long short?» As she was filing my glue nail she was very rough and I told her she was hurting me and to be careful and she said again. Then she pressed very hard on my skin and my SKINRIPPEDOFFTHENAIL!!! The lady tried pretending like nothing happened! I got the attention of the manager and she apologized and told me they would discount me. After it was all done, my nails were longer than I wanted, with sloppy glue and paint, and it’s ripped skin! Then the woman had the audacity to charge me full price and began YELLING at me when I tried to calmly tell her I would not pay full price. Do NOT go there, you will be disappointed.

Worst place to get your nails done! Me and a friend went here and both were very disappointed. First of all the lady that did my nails was really rude. Second, I specifically told her and showed her a spot by my nail that was very sensitive so to be careful and she still ended up making me bleed! Third, I didn’t like the way my nails came out. My friends nails didn’t look good also and it seems as if the guy that did them doesn’t know what he is doing. I didn’t get his name all I know is that he wears glasses. Her nail color was messed up, looked faded, and her nail fell off not once but twice! She went back to fix them and they even made her pay for it. Horrible service! I believe the only reason they stay open and keep getting service is because they are in a mall. We should of never paid for anything or went back to fix my friends nail that just ended up falling off again. The other reviews also show just how bad they are which I hope makes people not want to go. Next time we will just be a little more patient and wait to get them done.

I went in for a shellac manicure. She did not soak my nails first just started shaping and hardly took any time to do my cuticles. I felt like she was very rushed. However my nails looked good so I decided not to complain. Big mistake. I don’t know if she missed a step or they just use a poor quality shellac but within a day, two of my nails had peeled off completely and by the next night every single nail had peeled off. Shellac is supposed to last up to two weeks and I have never in my life had this happen. I paid $ 40 for a one day manicure, very disappointed.

I really wish I ready the reviews before going there… I paid a 5 star price for 2 star service. Technician was rushed and distracted and not really very good. I asked her to be careful of a cut on my foot and she yanked right on like it was her tip. Then I asked her for a band aid and they didn’t have one so then I asked her for a tissue and she hands me a roll of bounty, no this is not a paid endorsement for bounty. I’m sure there are worse nails salons, I just haven’t been to any.

way over priced … $ 120.00 for a mediocre pedicure and I just a fill no design. Save your money and don’t waste your time !!! I would say more but let’s just leave it at that

Guy that my pedi was in a rush and was rough. Asked me if I wanted an upgraded pedi, no way would I pay for additional services for a rush job. My friend got the upgraded and was satisfied but she had a guy that appeared to be taking his time.

Nothing special. The people were not rude but they weren’t exactly friendly either. I had the shellac manicure which was $ 40. I guess the lady assumed I had shellac before because she really was not giving me any direction. She massaged my hand and arm for about a minute and that was it.

I have never written an online review before, but this experience has prompted me to do so. I have had my nails done many, many times at other places, and usually I’m pretty satisfied. I went here for the first time about a week ago, and I will never go back. There are no plastic covers for the pedicure foot tubs. If the nail technician makes you bleed and sticks your foot back in the tub, this is really quite unsanitary. My nail technician made my fingers and toes bleed because she cut the cuticle too much. She shamed my friend and I for having such bad feet and tried to convince us we needed the more expensive pedicure. My friend sat at a table with other people’s nail clippings and had to ask for a new towel sans nail clippings. I would never recommend going here. Again, this is my first review ever, of any kind, but I felt strongly enough about this place to post this. Please beware. (North Star Mall location)

My nails look and feel amazing, but their service is so bizarre. If you can handle awkward service I would definitely recommend because my nails look great.

AVOID this place! Each time I go my nails look ugly in two days! Plus the price is expensive and the people are rude! I was paying for my nails that I got done shellac which was $ 50 at my regular nail place it would of cost me $ 35 anyways the guy gave me my change back and he literally snatched $ 5 bucks out of my hand I snatched it back. I could not believe it but that’s why I am never going back!

Just ok here. Had facial and manicure. Pretty good facial, but very average manicure. Have to feel a bit… jipped. I will not return. They want your money, most. Service is lacking overall.

Usually they do a great job but only after much trial and error. This past time I had to explain what I wanted so many times because the lady would agree with me and then do a completely different thing than what I had asked(even after I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted). Aside from that i had asked for a manicure and she proceeded to cut my nails without asking me, I had grown them out for weeks so I was very disappointed to say the least. Lastly, the design was poorly done and she left me with layers of super glue under my nails(which I had to get because she cut mine off). I left feeling very annoyed. I might as well have done my own nails at home.

Honestly, I’m used to the«get in and get out» type nail salons in the malls looking to make a quick sale, so, I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an almost hour shellac manicure. My cuticles were perfectly trimmed and my nails were neatly polished. It’s a shame I don’t live in San Antonio, because this would be my new go to salon!
