Fredericksburg, TX
We are a new business in Fredericksburg, TX which is renting two Cold Draft Ice Machines from Axxon Services, Inc. The machines are supposed to be top of the line and our monthly expense reflects what should be high-​quality and yet these machines have never worked correctly. We have had them adjusted repeatedly to no avail. Either we have hollow, paper thin cubes or we have a solid ice mountain. We have received absolutely no help from Axxon Services and when presented with an invoice for work done on the machines they intentionally tried to void our warranty. We are now locked into a 33 month contract with ice machines that still do not work correctly. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
