Bare Escentuals

I have purchased at BE at La Cantera several times and have always received great customer service. I have purchased in the store and have always had someone approach me to help. I have also placed orders over the phone and they Fed Ex the order to me. I get the order within a couple of days, which is great when I don’t have time to go and shop. I receive the same excellent customer service, whether I go in to the shop, or order over the phone.

I’ll stick to North Star; customer service actually exist there unlike at La Cantera.

Been shopping at this BE since it opened and I have loved my visits every time. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, funny and eager to help. Each time I’ve visited (probably around 15 times in the last several years) I am offered a makeover to try new colors and when I have the time, I am thankful for the magic they do! These girls love their jobs and it shows. They love playing with makeup and our faces!
There are other BE’s in SA and other places to buy their products– ie Sephora, but why go somewhere that doesnt specialize in that product? Sure if I’m in a hurry and I just need foundation I’ll buy it elsewhere. When I have questions and I want to be treated well, THIS is where I go.

Worst BE ever. I’ve been to this BE several times, and every time their customer service is atrocious. I’ve been ignored completely several times, while employees have been chatting. It seems like they hire very young high school or college students who only want to gossip and don’t care about doing their job. I have been since buying all by BE items at Ulta or Sephora and haven’t been happier. Don’t waste your time here.
