My husband and i came for ice cream 35mins before they closed and would not serve us. They said that they changed there hours and closed early. The door was opened and 3 employees where standing behind the counter. No help. Too bad the ice cream is great but the customer service is not. I will not return.

I frequent many other locations of BR in various cities. I will NEVER return to this location. I ordered a menu item and asked for a different flavor ice cream to be told I cannot substitute. Excuse me? This is ridiculous! I didn’t ask for prime rib instead of a hamburger patty. I asked for chocolate instead of vanilla. You offer 31 flavors, but you get to pick mine? Taking my business to someone who wants it!

This is your standard Baskin-Robbins experience. Delicious, yet moderately pricey ice cream. Quick service, great results. Love their ice cream cakes & learned they now have mini ones! Must try!
