This is a keeps it real kind of place. Self serve driving range, bar inside, big patio with shade. Drinks are super cheap. Service tends to be slow. No food served but they will let you order delivery or bring your own. One our our favorite spots for low key day drinking. Definitely a dive bar.

I have been 3 times and everytime I play music on juke box the bartender changes it to play her song list. It’s rude and causes a waste of money for me and my friends

Rude bar staff. Divey in a «cirrhosis of the liver» «flipped my truck» kind of way. Driving range is okay. Recommend BYOB to the golf

In the never ending quest for the perfect dive bar, Bushwoods is near the top of the list in SA. You would never guess it driving by, this place is a ‘diamond in the rough’ ;) Attractive, friendly and experienced bartenders, a few flatscreens for games, pool and darts… and you can’t forget about the driving range. Range is a little worn, and the old oak standing proud in the middle has definitely taken a pounding from thousands of balls over the years. Great place with a laid-back atmosphere.

Great neighborhood bar where else can you feel like your in the movie Caddyshack! This place has balls and Megan is the best bartender.

My favorite bar in San Antonio. Lots of TVs, friendly locals, pool table, popcorn, pretzels, patio, driving range, lots of windows, good music on the jukebox, and most importantly, Jackie, the best bartender in the city.

Beer, liquor, access to the driving range, not pretentious. Not much else to it. It’s not actually part of the bar, but the driving range recently closed the«pro shop» and currently doesn’t have club rentals. Balls are from a self-service machine.

My brother golfs and of course he had to show us this little gem conveniently located close to a SAPD substation. *nervous laugh* The inside is all very kitschy but I like it. They only have a few beers on tap but they sure were nice and chilled. Past the bar is their patio and the driving range they have in the back. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews of this place. Or maybe they’re trying to keep this place a secret?

Crowded little place but seems to attract what I find to be normal people: a rare breed around here. Its just a bar. Its nothing fancy, other than the driving range out back. Decent, nice service, juke box and games. Plenty of tables inside and on the patio. I’m a fan!
