Jose took great car of hubby’s car! He double and triple checked and made sure hubby did not leave without being 100% satisfied with the work done on his car here. Hubby is quite picky so he especially appreciated that Jose was very hardworking and passionate about his craft.
Nobody ever wants to be in a situation where they have to bring their car to a collision center. It’s not the most pleasant of experiences, having a banged up car. Poor hubby was seriously lamenting the condition of his smashed bumper but he’s been absolutely and completely satisfied since the repair work done here. We highly recommend this collision center and we suggest you ask for Jose.

I had front end damage on my VW Passat and needed repairs. The people at Caliber could not have been more helpful. From the moment I drove in unannounced until I picked my car up I was kept informed about the progress being made on my car. They finished days early and on budget. The job was complete and perfect.
Everybody that I dealt with was great. My personal service advisor was Robert Strunk. He took personal charge of ensuring that I would be a happy customer, and he did a fantastic job.
Thank you, Robert and Caliber Collision for giving me my car back in showroom condition.
Enterprise Car Rental is conveniently located in the same building and the people there were also extremely helpful.

Awesome staff & service! My service advisor Joe Ortiz is awesome (deserves a promotion) He took care of within 3 weeks ahead of schedule! I made the comment to him that I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy my rental car, lol. Having Enterprise there is even more convenient for a rental car. As a valued USAA customer, Caliber Collision has my highest recommendation. Ask for Joe! Great job to the «magicians» who made my car look like new!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The front desk ladies are very sweet and make you feel important by remembering your name each time you come in! Rudy, the Dodge advisor, was great! He consistently called to keep me updated bad even brought my car to me when it was finished! Not to mention, he took care of returning my rental! I will continue to use Caliber Collision on I-​10. Great company, great people, great service!

Took six or seven trips back to get everything finally fixed correctly, And this was only a $ 4K «fender bender» to the front quarter of the car.

UPDATE — I just discovered this evening that my front windshield wiper fluid pump isn’t working. Now, I’ll have to take my car to my mechanic and pay for these repairs out of pocket as I’m sure this, too wouldn’t be classified as linked to the car accident. Caliber Collision will NEVER touch ANY of my cars again.

Posting this late. This was Jan 2012.
Christine, or whatever her name is seemed very rushed to get me off the phone the first time I called. Asking too many questions before I could even answer. Really difficult to schedule a drop off the night before. People work early and cannot always take time off to drop off their cars. She should understand that. She seemed like it was more of an inconvenience to her than to me.

I’ve never had a problem with Caliber. I like this location because they have an Enterprise dealer on-​site, so getting a rental is very easy. They also do a great job letting me know what’s going on with my car. Easy to work with. I hate dealing with cars in general, so anything that makes it simple is worth it for me.

The previous review is correct. The staff is super nice, as if to make up for the hit or miss repair work. My door was replaced but, they never tested the power locks or any of the functions before returning the car to me two plus weeks later. Management was helpful and tried to correct the situation.

They were extremely helpful. The staff were surprisingly pleasant, and it was pleasure to take my car there. Having insurance adjusters in house made things smooth. They also have an enterprise office on the premises, so getting transportation arranged is relatively easy.
The waiting area is well kept, and stocked with magazines, candy, coffee and popcorn.
The Caliber Collision Centers kept me updated on how things were going with my car by email, and it looks great, drives well.
They also gave me a little bottle of touch up paint for the dings and spots already on the car unrelated to the accident damage.

Really nice staff. Unfortunately, their repair work done on my car was shoddy. The manager worked with me to get everything taken care of, I just wish it could have been fixed correctly in the first place. I had my accident seven months ago and I’m STILL dealing with their repair work. Three stars for their niceness, though! Most places don’t even take the time to listen to you.
