Tables are always dirty so there isn’t anywhere to sit even if no one is in the restaurant. Food is sub par, usually cold and old. Staff obviously doesn’t care. My friend was given the wrong salad dressing and they forgot my salad completely. I ended up asking for loaded potato soup since they were out of southwest chicken soup and Caesar salad, but the potato soup had cheese and tortilla strips instead of cheese, bacon bits, and green onion. I worked at a real Chili’s for 2 years and am completely unsatisfied with my experience here.

At least Brent enjoyed it! I was very disappointed in the service and the food. I get it that it’s not a full service restaurant; however, how do you serve a burger with a hot patty and COLD bread??? And then how do you have two orders and the first one comes out about 20 minutes before the other? I will say this: they refunded our money and apologized with no arguments. But that was about it. I’m not asking for @ss-kissing or anything like that but it did sorta feel as though they weren’t fazed by the complaint which made me wonder if the complaint even mattered. I suppose not since they have a captive audience on campus. As the rating goes: meh…

Located on the UTSA1604 campus in the University Center building. Restaurant is just like the Chili’s Too’s that are located in airports, the only difference between a Chili’s Too and a Chili’s is that the full menu is not offered at the Chili’s Too. At first, I was leery of eating here because I heard a lot of people complaining that it was expensive. I finally had to find out for myself and the conclusion is that it is no more expensive than a stand alone Chili’s. Lunch averages between $ 7 and $ 10.

I wrote corporate HQ regarding my poor hamburger patty. I received a form letter that indicated that my comments were not being taken seriously, but they appreciated my feedback, and sent me $ 10 in gift certificates. I’ll be back, but only when I’m broke and hungry.
