Had a freebie coupon thanks to their day of employee retraining. Now I do not frequent Chipotle largely because they put cil… that nasty herb that my wife is deathly allergic to in everything, so I do not go. However, one of my wonderful high school students mentioned that they were offering a free burrito coupon if you sent them a text. So I did. And I got one. And I decided to give Chipotle a try. Well…meh. If I’m in a burrito mood, I prefer Habanero’s. Not even Freebirds, which is still a chain(at least Habs is local). But my worst fears were confirmed: cilantro in everything. Since I had the freebie, I figured that I would obviously go with the most expensive offering… STEAK! Flavor was good, but, like a lot of reviewers, I note also that the meat portion is lacking. But, again, it was free, so I’m not complaining, Salsa, as I expected, was spicy, and the cilantro definitely made its presence known and felt. Black beans, sour cream and cheese rounded out my fillings. The flour tortilla was nice and soft with good texture and mouth feel. Another reason for three stars: HORRIBLE entrance and exit. With that many stores along the 151 frontage road, there really should be more ways to get in and out. Reminds me of The Quarry. Again, like most chains, they just want to get you in and out quickly, and this Chipotle was no exception. Will return only with another freebie coupon. Now to go sterilize my mouth so the wife will kiss me. I don’t want to kill her with the cilantro breath. Non sequitur: Why in the world was there a crowd at $tarbuck$ next door… at 5:30PM on a Sunday afternoon?

This is my go to place when I want a quick, healthy, tasty, well rounded meal. Can’t ever go wrong with this place.

Great food, friendly staff, always have every ingredient on hand/cooked/ready! Highly recommend this location. Negative would be parking and location because traffic is a nightmare but it has no impact on the quality of the food!

Okay. It’s a great location for making money but for the customers it stinks. Small parking lot. Loads of people. Long lines. The portion sizes here are always small. I literally had to ask everyone to provide and actual scoop of toppings, meat, cheese etc to my meal. And don’t get me wrong I’m not looking for a heaping scoop just a normal full scoop. I had quarter scoop of pico… Of Pico?!? Nevertheless chipotle always hits the spot even when service isn’t up to par.

If you’re looking for some good fast Mexican food, then keep on walking, atleast on the good part. It’s claim on organic ingredients is laughable, especially when they use the store bought tortillas. It’s like Taco Bell but expensive. If you want a decent big burrito, drive down the street to las palapas, where not only is it cheaper, its made better.

It’s chipotle how can it not be amazing. Just a long line always cause of the military base near by.

After years of being unsatisfied with Chipotle’s food, for reasons I didn’t really understand except for that my stomach always hurt afterwards, I finally found my Chipotle niche. I had no idea you could order a quesadilla the size of the one on the kids menu, and with steak inside! A little greasy, but good! Also, the chips are delicious, though the salsa isn’t impressive for a place surrounded by good Mexican restaurants. I did love that the employees were understanding and friendly, and that they broke out in song for a fellow employee celebrating their birthday! 5 stars= Driving across town just for this! 4 stars= I would recommend visiting. 3 stars= Average, acceptable, positive. 2 stars= You might be able to drag me in. 1 star= I will definitely not be returning.

This location is consistently good and they get you through the line fast. Only negative is on a couple of occasions our chips were stale.

Your standard stripmall-along-the-interstate Chipotle. A new crew of employees were working since they a) didn’t know what to do when I asked for a tortilla on the side and b) didn’t know how to handle me wanting veggies and chicken. Serving sizes were all over the place between the members of my dinner group. Getting back onto SB I-410 is a huge pain.

Weekly crew is horrible. Go during the weekend– service and staff are far superior. Took me 45 min to wait in line of about 6 people. Also had to have an order re-made because they don’t listen.

The staff at this location is always messing up my order and this location is notorious for filling up to go orders approximately half full.

We go here for lunch frequently. Today was extremely busy and the staff was handling it well. Tables were cleaned as soon as someone finished for quick turnover, soda area well maintained and stocked and line moved quickly. We have always enjoyed the food. When we first started going to this location you were given a lot of rice lately we have to ask for more. My husband and I usually share a bowl and it is plenty for the two of us.

I wish every chipotle was like this one! When I arrived, there was a line to the door, but I got my food and was out the door under 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly, the food was all stocked up and hot. Great service and great food.

Never that busy. Smaller Chipotle but always empty when I’ve gone. It’s Chipotle though, so you can’t go wrong. I’m in love with Chipotle. It’s healthy on the low-low.

I am a Chipotle regular, and probably one of the top customers in the country. Of the 20 or so locations I’ve visited, this one comes 2nd to last, and it’s mainly because of one employee. Not sure of his name, because they don’t wear name tags(they should, *ahem* Steve Ells), but he has longer hair. This dude NEVER listens. I have to repeat my order to him every single time, sometimes multiple times, and stop him before he puts something on my burrito I didn’t ask for. He also leaves the tortilla in the press way too long. As a result the tortilla is flaky and frequently blows holes. It’s really annoying when the contents of my burrito are spilling out onto my hands and the table. So hopefully management reads these reviews and can train this guy that he’s not supposed to wait for the tortilla to be golden brown before removing it from the press. I didn’t ask for a quesadilla. And please don’t bother asking me brown or white rice if you’re just going to forget 2 seconds later and give me white when i asked for brown! It’s the little things…

No complaints. Nothing special, its Chipotle they are all relatively the same to me. The service was quick even though it was lunch time on 151 which can be a nightmare if you’re under a time constraint for work. I’ve had just about everything from Chipotle, its all relatively good, inexpensive, consistent. This particular time I got the bowl with steak. They put a dinasaur size dollup of guacamole on it like always, all the ingredients seemed to be fresh and tasted good. For fast food restaurants I mainly just want the place to be clean, quick, and for the food to be edible. Chipotle usually does the trick.

Ah… Chipotle, Chipotle, Chipotle… What is there really to say? I love it here! It’s just one of those things that you can eat over and over again and it always tastes just as good as the last time. This location was very tidy, and the staff was polite and fast, and the food was great. Chipotle has a thing from location to location where some will put more meat/cheese/stuff on your burrito or bowl than others. This is one of the ones that pile it on with no problems. Can’t go wrong with Chipotle!

This is our ABSOLUTE favorite place to go. Never disappointed and I will go several times a month. Sometimes though they are super busy, so apparently everyone has the same idea I do! :) Clean, totally staffed, people are happy, you don’t feel fat in here. Ever. LOVE the guac and worth every penny when you know you are eating free range, no hormones, and with a company that gives a rats about your health(or at least letting you know what products — and GMOs) they may/may not use!

This was my second try having chipotle, and I was missing out. I had a bowl with some chicken, white rice, cheese, sour cream, and some sweet corn. Once I took my first bit I could tell I was going to be a fan from now on. I’m glad I came back and gave it another try. Next time I will try something different and maybe a little more spicy. This location is right off 151 and 410. I went about lunch time and there was a line but it went pretty fast and we didn’t have a hard time finding a seat. I highly recommend you try chipotle if you haven’t already.

Chipotle is my go-to restaurant! This location has been around for a few years, and it has always been clean and staffed with friendly people. The food? Well, Chipotle is one of the most consistent restaurants I have been to, and I cannot get enough of their barbacoa burrito bowls with guacamole and plenty of the red tomatillo salsa.
