This store and business are a major con. The name says it all. The manager Ernesto lied over and over about the items and policy. Avoid this store and company like the plague. It’s just a complete scam, all the employees laughed at me when I called them on there bad business ways. Now I bought a item online and am picking up in San Antonio and it was a complete and total sham. Nothing but disrespect and the run around. Avoid this place if you can. It’s a scam and a sham

By far the worst! I signed a contract paid $ 180 upfront cash, sales rep was Danielle was great. I cancelled bc my husband decided to go with Best Buy, I was told my refund would take 7 – 14 business days. I didn’t even have the merchandise to return, thought it would be a swift refund, NOPE! I have called conns repeatedly in regards to my refund and they are ‘overwhelmed’ with refunds pushing my refund 30 days. I have filed a BBB complaint to get this company to respond. All of a sudden their refund process is 30 Days. and yet 2 store reps have informed me it’s 14 days MAX. Regardless if they are overwhelmed, shortstaffed, etc this is not the customers fault and should follow their protocol and not change their rules when Convenient. Do not even waste your time or energy with this company. They’ll harass you for being a day late and yet take their time for your refund. Ridiculous!

Do NOT purchase the insurance for your furniture through conns! I have been a customer for almost 5 years, and have financed several items through them. I purchases a leather couch, and the insurance for repairs at the salesmans pressuring… It will cover EVERYTHING says Mr. Salesman… Me and my husband have no kids, and are clean professional hard working ppl. The couches leather is starting to split in several areas on one seat cushion. I called in the repair, the repair man came out, said he would order a new cushion cover, then call us. Instead I got a call from a rep saying it would not be covered? .Its less than a year and half old?!? The sales guy who pressured me into buying it used examples like«you can stab with a screw driver!» «your toddler can cut it up!» But beware ppl, if its just horrible cheap furniture from conns, they will not cover it, and it will NOT even last through the full finance period. We were lied to twice when we asked for a corporate number, then routed to other locations… We were about to go buy a washer and dryer from these ppl, but consumer BEWARE, they are liars, and crooks. Oh and here is a link for their Annual SEC Report. They basically dont care about losing unhappy customers. I will continue on Angies List, Unilocal,BBB, and here any free chance I get, so other hard working blue collar ppl dont get screwed over like me and my husband did.

i went to the Conn’s on Evers and Loop 410 and waited for 30 minutes and nobody ever came to help us. There were 4 or 5 sales reps in the front bunched up… I wanted to go up to them so bad!!! Went to the Conn’s further up on Jones Maltsberger and was greeted instantly. Giezi Nagao was super friendly. Ended up buying more than I went in looking for… that’s a good salesman

Well almost done with this payments thank haven we got good standing credit cuz my next goal is this new TV either the 3 D or the touch screen hand decided yet. Employees are great and helpful but the man to go to is Lacy he always true to get you the best deal, and we been working with him at least 9 jears so I will go back to him. Right now they are making the Store bigger its going to look awsome.
