I hate this store. When we went to San Antonio it was hella sketch. Bunch of olé cartel looking like people and some custy lady drinking weisers in the p lot. I felt like I was gonna get kidnapped and brought to Mexico and sold for a few hundred pesos. It was down right scary. My girl friend almost peed herself due to the very sketchy conditions of the warehouse. I am completely and utterly appalled at the business practices that go on at conns. Also when I bought online I had to print a receipt and my printer was dead, they wouldn’t take iPhone and photo id like the airport. These people I swear they think it’s the 1980s over there. Absurd. This review is for the conns warehouse located close to this location. End of the day this place is sketchier than sketchers sneakers.

i have been a customer for 5 years! have spent at least 20k or more at this location! pay my bill on time! i have had a couple of issues over this period. i finally had enough. i spoke to the main office expressing my issue with them! nobody cares and they will do nothing to help you! all they care about is making sales! not helping their long term customers! take your business some where else! i sure am!
