Costa Bella

I live (d) here. Its a fairly nice place overall. The pools are quality though no one ever uses them. The walls are paper thin though and I live next door to people with kids. It can get quite annoying when your trying to nap and all you hear is call of duty blasting next door. Staff is nice when they are here.

I lived here for one year.
To be honest, had I written this review in the first six months of living here, I would have given them one star, and negative would have felt more realistic. However, about six months into my lease with this apartment complex, the owners slowly replaced every. single. person. on the staff and things have dramatically improved.
So, I won’t go into the past, because that’s no longer the experience you’ll have living here. I’ll just account what it’s been like to live here with the current staff on board.
The apartments are fairly new and the grounds are meticulously well-​kept. (Minus the occasional pet owner who refuses to use the conveniently placed pet stations with bags and garbage cans, but that’s not really the fault of the apartment complex.) Once the new staff was brought on board, anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue it’s taken care of swiftly and correctly with no problems.
The staff is friendly and helpful and always around to answer calls or help you with whatever needs you may have. All of the issues that were constant annoyances before are now gone (the gates work all the time, the pool is always clean, etc) You can pay your rent online, which is super convenient to those of us who are constantly on-​the-​go. It makes it worth the price you pay for «luxury» living.
They offer all the standard things like a workout room, media center, awesome pool, pet areas, etc. But now the new staff is here, these amenities all work properly and are kept clean and state of the art. Costa Bella even offers valet trash service (it’s mandatory in your rent that you pay for it, but I rarely ever actually used it because I just don’t like the thought of making someone take my trash out when the dumpster is 20 feet from my front door) They even have community events and the people who live here really get involved and show up to hang out together.
If you’re looking to live in an apartment complex, this one is a much better choice now. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. It’s all within walking distance, though you can’t actually walk bc you’re living on 1604 and, well, it’s just not smart to go for a walk on the highway.
