I took my 7 year old granddaughter to the Crazy 8 store in Stone Oak to buy pants. I picked out Several Pair. I asked the clerk where she could try them on and was told there was no dressing room. The bathroom was only for employees. Was told that if she needed to try on the pants she could just go to the back corner of the store and try them on there. REALLY??? A 7 yr old strip down in a public place no privacy to try on the pants??? No apology no way was the clerk allowing us to go to the bathroom to try them on. Never will I buy anything from there again! And I have 4 grand daughters and # 5 on the way. They used to have a private area for the kids to try on clothes. Lost my business and the $ I would have spent On several pants.

As a husband this place is hard to go to. My wife loves the place and therefore for its intended demographic it must be amazing, thus I gave a 4 star rating. The day they add a daddy section so I can be entertained I will add another star

On our second visit we had the worst experience. The women that helped us wouldn’t let our 6-year old girl go to the bathroom. At the check out she was rude and implied my wife was wrong and incompetent when she used the credit card machine ‘wrong.’ May not go back.

I finally made time to check Crazy 8 this week after months of hesitation. I have a daughter and a weakness for affordable seasonal clothes. There was construction next door and there wasn’t a posted open sign or business hours so I took a chance at opening the door. The place was very quiet but the employees were quick to say hello and ask if I needed assistance. They were excited to have a customer. The place is very colorful having several attractive items on display. I found them to be over priced, but hey, its a boutique! I swiftly made my way to the sale and clearance racks and found Christmas PJ’s and shirts among other things. That was pretty odd, but hey they were $ 2 items, if I wanted to stock up early I could! A TV is in the center of the store to entertain kids with educational shows, which is good for the shopping parent. All in all, this is a decent children’s boutique. I will definitely be back in the fall to stock up on summer outfits for next year.
