Ordered a burger, the lettuce was rotten. The store is dirty. The attendant who took the order was very nice. I ate my fries and left. No worth the trouble. Mistake to come here. Never again.

Absolutely, without doubt, the worst customer service. Waited 20 minutes at 2:00 in the afternoon in the drive thru. Upon getting to the window my food wasn’t ready. Asked me to pull around. Waited another 20 minutes and had to go inside to get my food. When handed to me thank goodness I checked it. Wrong item. Then had to wait again for the correct food. No offers of anything for their mistake and waste of my time.

Horrible! Ordered a Mint Oreo blizzard, only the top portion had any mint in it and they only filled the cup about 2⁄3 the way. Also got a Cherry Arctic Rush, it’s so watered down… cough syrup has more of a cherry flavor than that. The ladies at the window were rude. The service was extremely slow! If you have over 10 minutes to wait for ice cream that is half way melted, you found the place.

The main reason I go to this Dairy Queen other than it being closest to me is that they are the only DQ that I know that serves up fried burritos. That and It being we are in Texas weather a Blizzard always sounds appealing. The drive thru here has always taken forever. I have always made it a point to get off and get what I order or end up waiting in line forever and getting melting ice cream. Staff is pretty friendly for fast food. The establishment is clean. Turning in to this place and getting out is a bit of a pain. It’s basically in the middle of SE Military right before all the strips. With no light you basically take your chances to get in and out. BTW there is not really a DQ sign seen from the street. I belived it blew away during the last storms and hasn’t been replaced since.
