Went through the the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece steak finger basket, a belt buster with no onion and a half and tea, tacos and an orange Julius. Paid for my order and was asked to pull forward. No problem — the food here is cooked to order and I have no issue with waiting a few minutes. I have to tell you that everything was spot on! The lettuce and tomato was cold, crispy and fresh. My burger had gooey cheese and not an onion in sight. My orange Julius was on point and the steak fingers were crunchy and hot with plenty of gravy. We couldn’t decide what we wanted for dinner tonight and I’m SO glad we chose our neighborhood DQ!

It’s a Dairy Queen, I cream was cold, sweet and creamy. The folks who assembled my peanut buster parfait were polite and efficient as could be expected. Expect to wait during peak times.

Decided to have a taste of Texas with the #8 chicken strips. The gravy tastes great and the Texas toast has always been a great part of the meal. Hope they never change that. It Had been a long time and I had ordered this meal and I enjoyed it just as much as I remembered. One can’t help but have a Blizzard when you visit DQ, so always make that a must order.

Worst thing EVER. I’m not usually one to give negative feedback since i was once in the fast good setting but this is ridiculous. So I was going to go thought the drive through but it was taking forever so I did a walk-in instead, no big deal, then the cashier was totally inattentive didn’t even smile. Whatever. But then my food took a ridiculous amount of time. Then they gave it to me I go home and my chicken sandwich was all wrong I asked for light mayo, there was none, I asked for no tomato, there where like 3 slices of tomato. Not to mention the lettuce was wilted beyond belief. but the fries were good the only edible part of my meal

I always go through the drive up when I order from here. Nothing is wrong with the food, but you should always expect to wait a long time, even in the drive up. It’s ridiculous. The only sensible thing about it is that your food is made fresh, but probably bc they only start making it as soon as you pay for it. Then they will tell you to drive forward so that they can keep taking the next customer(s) in line. Worst part is that the person who hands off the food now will pass it over without an apology about the wait and walk off before you can ask for condiments. Every time. Thayer family claims to own this particular location. If I were them, I would take my family name off of the windows to save my family the embarrassment.

Been coming here for 14 years. The ice cream is better than sonic ice cream. there is always a little wait but its akways well worth it! Just chill and TALK to you car companions while you wait…

I love going to Dairy Queen to get dessert, but every single time I’ve gone to the specific location, it’s not any good! I usually get an Oreo blizzard, which should be simple enough. However, it always seems to be with almost no Oreo, or it’s all at the top and the bottom is just vanilla… It’s closer to my house, but I would rather drive to the one off Grissom and Bandera. I’m not usually one to complain, but if you have time, head to another DQ

I feel that quality is not a priority at this location. I’ve been here tree times recently and have ordered Blizzards each time. I usually get the«Georgia Mud Fudge.» All three times, there was hardly any fudge and there was nothing but vanilla ice cream(with nothing mixed in) in the bottom of the cup. I’ve gone to many other locations and have ordered the same thing, and have received Blizzards that are so saturated with fudge that the vanilla ice cream looks like chocolate, it’s well mixed to the bottom, and taste better. When you pay money for a premium product, that’s what you should get… That just doesn’t happen at this location. I will not be returning.

20 minutes and counting through the drive through.
