I don’t know what’s happened to this practice over the past year or so, but the rates for office visits have more than doubled, and I don’t have insurance. Dr. Davis herself seems great, but I’ve rarely gotten to see her lately– only PAs. I’ve been a patient for several years, and the wait times keep getting longer. The office staff no longer seems to work efficiently, especially when paperwork is involved. Possibly the practice has grown too large to properly serve the patients. I will likely be looking for a new doctor.

Dr Davis is a great doctor any concerns I had she referred me to a specialist. Now here is the bonus. I couldnt make appointments because I had to wait for referral numbers and I mean close to a month of waiting. Her staff will not return calls when left messages or you can be on hold on the phone up to an hour. Reasons are always the same they are with a patients or they just dont know the answer and will return your call. The office is really nice but the customer service is really bad and wait time is terrible even if you have a appointment can be 1 hour or more. I’m in search of a new doctor.

I’ve been a patient at this office about 1.5 years. The last time I went in was to find out the results of some blood tests. I waited an hour for my appointment. You should expect to wait an hour or more for appointments at this office. I see the doc, she tells me I’m anemic, which I already knew. So, there went my co-pay and over an hour of waiting. I could have called in to get the lab results FORFREE, without the waiting. This has been my typical experience at this office. I’m in search of a new doctor now. I saw a patient who had a recent back surgery. The staff had her wait over 2 hours in the lobby for her appointment. She politely asked if she could see the PA, because she was in a lot of pain and only needed a question answered. She ended up leaving without being seen by anyone. The admin staff also go on lunch everyday, but don’t return in a timely manner. I’ve seen nurses stop and watch the television in the lobby waiting area while the office is running 1 – 2 hours behind. If you want a professional doctor’s office I suggest you look elsewhere.
