pizza at dominos has gotten better I think or since I’ve moved from northeast my standards are lower either way I think dominos is best of pizza chains

For a dominos, this location’s staff does a good job having my pizza ready on time, and the pizza was made just how I asked. I have no complains with this spot. In fact, I’ll continue coming back.

The food is good quality. Always delivered hot and fresh. The pastas are pretty tasty.
The manager, Eileen, is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. My son placed an online order and they accidentally sent the wrong pizza. When you order online, you can rate the experience once the food is delivered. My son rated the service poorly. Eileen called me and offered to send out the correct pizza. I wasn’t at home so I wasn’t sure if the kids would want the pizza or if they had eaten the one that was delivered. I was going to call the kids and then call her back but instead she offered to give us our next order free. We ordered tonight (about 3 weeks later) and she was true to her word. I only expected one free pizza to make up for the wrong order but she gave us an entire order free. Very good customer service! The delivery people are always super nice, too.

I just recently stop coming here because employees treat this place more of their hangout instead of place of business. Also this place charges for Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Who does this? Shouldn’t condiments be included.

Waited 40 minutes for pizza and wings I ordered online 20 minutes before. WOW! The staff didn’t seem to really care, and offered no concession.

Ordered the hot wings after seeing favorable comments from others regarding the wings. UGH. Wing meat had a slimy texture (probably from the baking instead of frying that Dominos does) — almost an undercooked sensation/​texture/​mouth feel.
Sauces were unremarkable. I got the «fiery,» «habenero,» «plain,» «mild,» and «BBQ.» Nothing was «gross,» though the BBQ sauce was cloyingly sweet. Neither the fiery nor the habenero were hot. My 8-​year old grandson eat them.
Next time, I’ll drive the extra 20 – 25 minutes to get Wing Stop. Lesson learned.

I URGE ALL THAT READ THIS TO BOYCOTT DOMINOES PIZZA AS THEY BELIEVE THEY NEED TO MAKE CUSTOMERS JUMP THROUGH HOOPS AND CAN FORCE CUSTOMERS TO USE CASH OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY!
Pizza is ok not great. Typical delivery pizza, should order from Papa John’s where they know customer service and know that if they treat their customer right they will return in the future.
Will not accept checks forpayment for deliveries. Company is trying to alienate its customers and prompt them to go to a competitor. Will never order from them again.
