What was wrong with me?

The employees last time made me keep away from this place for probably a year, but out of necessity I decided to give another try. Maybe it was a whole new batch of employees, but they were super nice this time. I was greeted immediately and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to the product. I heard her helping another customer in the dressing room by bringing over different sizes of bottoms for her to try, several times. She may not have been a manager and I think the manager was present but she was definitely going over the top for the other customer and that impressed me. While I was waiting to check out, a completely different employee complimented my purse and yet another employee next to her who I think was the manager piped in as well. Over all, three of three employees were perfectly pleasant and made me glad that I returned.

Dots carries inexpensive, trendy fashions that mainly work for the younger set.
A good majority of the clothing is for bar hopping or clubbing. There are a few options for casual and perhaps office wear.
The clothes are not particularly well made, seams can appear weak as well as buttons.
You will have to have a discerning eye with the clothing choices here, beyond seams appearing weak there are entire ensembles that just look cheap.
However, there are some finds here. I picked up two light sweaters that, when paired with accessories and nice pants or a skirt will work perfectly for my office.
I did not pick up any, but there are plenty of extras like sandals, purses, necklaces etc.

I have to say this place definitely goes with the trends. I felt like I was in a sea of plaid. The store is fairly large and they took advantage of it.
The store carries lots of different items. Lots of jeans and button down t-​shirts. When I walked in the employee that greeted me told me about a buy two get one free sale they were having. I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a store where I could potentially get something for free at the end of my visit. Everything was on the cheap for sure. They also carry some sandals and even underwear.
When I visited I unfortunately walked out empty handed but the sales and the prices have definitely made me a fan and I will be going back.

Always have had good experiences here. The best thing is that a girl with hips and curves can find cute, fashionable items here… FOR CHEAP! Most of the fashion jeans are under $ 20 which is a HUGE plus in my book. If you log into their website and sign up for email updates, then you will receive all sorts of good savings… Like $$ off your entire purchase!
The people that work here are helpful and encouraging when you’re trying to find something for various occassions. There are about 5 locations here in San Antonio now (also good in case you need a certain size but can’t find it at one location… then there’s a back up!)
