Moe, the owner and proprietor if this fine place, is truly a diamond of customer service in the rough of corporate employees who are acting like you don’t have another choice. You do have another choice and that choice is e z copy. Here’s a list of services that I currently use to give you an idea of how moe’s place stacks up against kinkos or office max: Black and white copies Color copies Collating Enlargements Enlargements on special paper(card stocks and rag cotton paper) Fliers Printing from USB or sd card Scanning to USB or sd card Business cards with embossed printing Custom address stamps Laminating There’s also a ton of other stuff he does and had, including PO boxes, in case you don’t wanna deal with the actual post office. His pricing is also very vey fair and he will always do his best to help you. I made a copy of a document that was 105 double sided black and white pages and my total was around 13.40something with tax. Yesterday I was in an extreme pinch and needed to copy the same document after hours… So I was forced to go to kinkos. Upon my arrival, I went to the self service machine where you MUST use a credit card in order to make a copy. Previously I was a cash only type of guy and that bullied me into getting full service copies which cost an arm and a leg, half the time are done wrong AND on your dime, and by people who act like they’re royalty and powerful. Now the self service machine was frozen on the«please remove your card» screen and when an employee walked by I asked if he could help me. Annoyed, he accused me of breaking the machine and getting it to the frozen screen. Once that was resolved, I asked him, as per their sign, «it says here it’s .10 per b&w copy, does that go for double sided also?» He responds, «that’s per impression.» I say,“I don’t know what that means…”(As I asked a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ question), and he snarkily responded, «no it’s .10 per side.» My total came to almost $ 24 whereas it’s under $ 14 at moe’s. I hated that I had to give my money to kinkos and not to moe.
