My 7 year old son and I get our hair cuts every two weeks, It’s great bonding time plus we get to hear great stories from allot of the regulars that have been going there for years. Eddie has always made sure we leave with clean looking haircuts! I wouldn’t change barbers for anything !!! Thanks …

I’ve been a customer for twenty years. Haircuts are great, razor shaves and neck clean up, keep me looking sharp.

By far, the worst barber shop experience I’ve ever had. Being a man who shaves my head regularly with a razor, I thought it would be nice to get a straight-razor shave with hot shaving cream and towel. When I initially walked in, I asked if they do straight razor shaves and was pointed towards a man I presume was Eddie(?) He asked me if I wanted a straight-razor shave or if I «wanted to try a new ‘machine’ they have that cuts closer than a razor» and that«I wouldn’t have to worry about cuts or razor burn and leaves your head as smooth as a baby’s butt». This invitation to try the latest technology, was appealing so I agreed. Then he(presumably Eddie) points me back towards the female barber. The whole ‘feel’ was that he was lazy and didn’t want to cut my hair, so it was easier to make. Recommendation to try something new and pawn off the work. I sit down and she pulls out an electric razor. WTF?!(Mind I tell you, I JUST shaved my head the night before) Eddie goes on to tell me that«it’ll be the closest shave I’ve ever had» and he’s «never had anyone tell him otherwise». Halfway through(10 minutes later) my head is on fire from all the constant rubbing and back and forth motion. I tell the female barber that I’m done. Thank her and proceed to ask how much it is… $ 20!!! For what??? Leaving my head feeling like it was just sanded with 100 grit sandpaper for the last 15 minutes?! Ridiculous. As I was leaving, another man was entering and asking about a haircut. I didn’t hear the conversation, but the man turned around and left. Assuming from my experience, I’d bet Eddie gave him a reason that he wasn’t able to cut the mans hair. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again OR recommend that place to anyone.

I’m a barber shop guy, I don’t need a «hair dresser». And, I can wash my own hair — thank you very much. You want a reasonably priced«clean up» with just a little off the top? All you need is Eddie’s — he’s been there for years. Friendly barbers and good conversation. Count me in as one of his loyal fans.
