I purchased a large hutch, table, and 8 chairs from this store. They ordered the wrong chairs. Pieces of furniture trickled in and after 6 MONTHS I received the last 2 chairs. The designer rushed through our sales experience and quit before we received our order. BAD customer service! Do not even think about buying from Ethan Allen in San Antonio, TX! No stars for you!

We purchased furniture previously from Ethan Allen stores in other states. We recently ordered furniture from the San Antonio store, and we have been deeply disappointed by their service at all levels. From floor sales people (specifically, Donald) to delivery people (spcecifically, Lisa), they seem to go out of their way to treat the customers as if they are interrupting their day. We have either been ignored or treated with disdain.
We quickly learned that they did not want our business. So we did most of our purchasing just down the road at John Williams. At John Williams, Easton and Judy have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We’ll never bother Ethan Allen again.

I have bought furniture for Ethan Allen all around Texas. I got the run around from the Houston store. Took me over three months to get my furniture. No one from Corpus would call me back. So I thought I would give the San Antonio store a try. I worked with Diana K. and she was a dream. Someone that wanted to help out and make money. Sent me a card and invoice. I will buy from them again.

I have never walked into an Ethan Allen before because I always thought their furniture was made for old folks. But when a Groupon came around, I figured I could probably get a mirror or lamp at a good discount so I bought it. Wow, I was quite surprised by the fantastic selection of modern furniture Ethan Allen has! AND the saleslady (Veda Stone) we worked with was not pushy at all! Completely helpful and sweet and VERY patient as we took a long long time walking around. She was so fantastic that we are planning to go back to buy a full bedroom set from her!

Plenty of parking and a design team that’s interested in helping. I was helped by the salesperson Diana K. after talking to the lady at the front. They don’t carry wool comforters at the store, but they will order it for me and give me a call when it comes in. Overall a fairly painless process.
