If I could give this hornet’s nest of incompetence negative stars, they’d get at least three. My girlfriend dropped her new prescription there a few months ago while shopping with a girlfriend. In the end, we had to make at least four trips from Castroville(28 miles each way) because of false-promises, errors and stupefying buffoonery. We were given a free cleaning kit, to make up for their horrible service. Wow. Thanks. The coup de gras? The coating on my girlfriend’s glasses was defective. We stopped by the other day and, not only would they not allow an implied-warranty replacement, they said they would have to replace both lenses, not just the bad one. Why? Because they couldn’t guarantee the bifocal dividing line(or whatever it’s called) would match the line on the other line. Huh? Really? My girlfriend said she’ll never patronize this company again, and they’ve lost a potential customer — Me.

Went there last night to get glasses. Very helpful staff and it took a little over an hour. The selection of frames was awesome, and it was much less crowded than most Eyemasters.
