Wife scheduled me an appointment to get contacts… went in for the appointment and everything went great. Staff was great, even Dr. Thompson answered all of my questions without having the snobby attitude that a lot of doctors have.
Well, this is where they get 5 stars… that very next weekend, I lost my glasses while down at the beach, and when my wife called them up to see if they could get an immediate rush on my contacts (they weren’t able to), they offered to give me a free «test» pair they had. Even though they weren’t my exact prescription, they work just fine for now. They were very accommodating and were able to get me contacts to wear in the interim until my final ones arrive, at no cost at all!
