Farash was AWESOME, his customer service was the best, his U-​haul rentals were the smoothest transactions I have ever had. The new morons who took over the place though are crooks! I took my car to get the oil changed and they double stacked the gaskets on the filter. On the way to work this morning they gave out and ALL of the oil leaked out of my engine. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

In 2009, I needed to move my personal belongings to a self storage facility. I relied upon U-​Haul to do that. I found the closest U-​Haul renter which was Farash Auto. The man was polite and even let me lock up after myself when I was done. I moved what I had to move and promptly returned the truck that night. No questions asked, no additional hidden fees, just a straight forward transaction. I would deal with again if I had to.
Yeah, the place did look a little run down, but oh well. I needed a truck and fast. I wasn’t about to care about that at the time. He runs it out of his auto repair shop. This is just a guy trying to run a legitimate business on his own.
