We bought a dress here and wanted to exchange it for something else. We didn’t know the policy of the store, all the sales are final and and when I try to to speak to the manager of the store very rude. Just and case that you don’t ask, like me what is the policy of the store before you buy! This happen on the Gautier on north star mall

We went into the location at La Cantera store looking for a evening/​wedding dress for a ‘over 40′ bride to be who wasn’t looking for a big white wedding dress. They had a number of very dressy evening gowns that would have worked beautifully but we then went to the other location in Northstar that does carry wedding dresses. They had a beautiful small selection of very reasonably priced wedding dresses some of which looked like designer dresses. Several were comparable to $ 4000– $ 5000 dresses. The owner, Grace, and her staff were fabulous, helpful, but not pushy, I can’t say enough nice things.

We shopped at the store and bought a dress for my daughter’s Prom. WE WERE TOLD that they only sold ONE dress per Style per school. (We were asked for our High school to make sure another dress was NOT sold to same school). And to her surprise, another young girl was wearing the same dress. The lady (of her own free initiative) told us that the dress wouldn’t be sold to another Marshall student. I called the store to inquire about this misleading statement that had been made to me, and the woman said it is just a courtesy statement, NOT AN ACTUAL FACT. She gave us her word which we found out MEANT NOTHING. Given her explanation, I felt LIED TO in order to get my business. I had to call her to take my daughter’s picture of their website, I told them they were not getting an endorsement from us. I told them they had messed up my daughter’s Prom night and could not ever be replaced. So I will never go back there again and I will recommend others not to go as well. I recommend that HONESTY in doing business should be THE BEST WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER, NOT GREED, or DECEIT. My rating is a ZERO…

I went with my girlfriend to find a dress for a formal that was really important for us and we had trouble trying to find the right dress for her, we visited every single store and we had no luck until we went to Gautier. There are two things I want to emphasize in my review, they have the best selection of dresses in the whole San Antonio area and the customer service is outstanding.
They are professionals and they take their job very seriously you can see that. I’m sure you’ll find the dress you are looking for and I absolutely recommend this place.
